Because I was so pleased with the tv I didn’t hesitate to get this one. The only thing I wish that they would do is let one person use Bluetooth without it shutting the speakers off.

The colors are not as bright as the ones you show

We always set the sleep timer on our old TV at night and it would turn off when we went to sleep and this new TV will not. If I knew this before I bought it, I probably would not have purchased it.

Beautiful picture but it lost all internet setup.

Completely dumped internet connection. So in reality it sucks. Picture is great if you get one. I will have BestBuy repair or replace.

Replacement TV for one that stopped working

Very good experience.,, all done on line...

Seems to be a pretty great tv so far.

Was on a bit of budget crunch so got the little older model. Does a great job for what I use it for. Unfortunately it is mounted in a corner on the wall and I may need a sound bar due to bad angle on the sound. Not a problem with the tv.

I bought a 55 inch Toshiba a few years back and was very disappointed in it. The Samsung that I now have is great. I am enjoying the Hulu, Amazon, and Netflix apps already on the TV. I only to use one remote. I also enjoy the Samsung channels on the tv.

We bought it to go in our screened in patio and use it exclusively on WiFi to watch Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu. I wanted this particular tv as it has Bluetooth which I use to pair a set of headphones with so as to not disturb the neighbors.

We can stream on it and use my cell phone like a remote. Very cool. Samsung customer for life. The only issue is I have a huge library of movies and all in 4K. Samsung doesn’t make players anymore.
