It is good, and it was a good price. It fits my tv stand perfectly.

The physical setup will take you no time at all. Took us longer to program the universal remote. HDMI ports are set high at a good place on the back to be both easily accessible and easily concealed. Still getting used to seeing pictures in 4K, so I'm not really qualified to evaluate the picture. Feels to me like there's a frame-rate drop on some shows.

great deal since the 2020 models are coming in. this has all the bells and whistles a smart tv should have. It also has 1 component cable jack in case you still have an old camcorder or vcr to watch tapes! great upgrade for an elderly couple!

Just what I wanted without a lot of features that I don't want. This refrigerator looks great. Delivered exactly when they said they would be there, and gave me a couple of good pointers to keep it operating in top condition and in good shape.

I have had this TVs for almost 2 years now. The only issue that I have had is the power cable where it plugs into the tv is oddly a little bit wiggly but otherwise I have had no issues with the tv.

I've had this tv for about ONE MONTH...It constantly drops wireless connection and only works when hard wired. NO OTHER WIRELESS DEVICES (laptop, phones are doing this...just the BRAND NEW TV). Big POS...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SAMSUNG. I have the extended warranty, so Best Buy is trying to help fix it...but I am VERY disappointed that a brand new tv doesn't work correctly. Best Buy needs to request that Samsung send them fully operational products to sell, because now I'm hesitant to buy anything else from Best Buy, especially if your vendors are sending you this kind of stuff. However, I will say your technicians are great in trying to resolve this..but it's hard to get scheduled... it'll be the 20th before someone gets here to try installing a new wifi card...which is not due to shipping time of the new card, since it's already here. Greed makes companies build inferior products or not hire enough staff to provide timely customer service. It can also make customers go elsewhere in the future..

Easy, easy, easy setup - and quick! On screen instructions steered me straight through the setup screens. Love the remote’s quick access buttons for Prime, Netflix, etc. My fourth Samsung, and would recommend this unit!

I'm very happy with the TV. I wish they would have told me that it has almost no audio. I would have had them sell me a sound kit and had your installers put it in from the beginning. I'm disabled and it is difficult for me to do things like that.

This T.V. has a clear picture. Great size at 55 inches. Good buy.

Great Samsung with something for everyone. Auto game mode tunes into XBOX One X and PS4 Pro. Easy to use and smart things capability to link with Alexa and Samsung smartphone. Would recommend for anyone who is a fan of the Samsung brand.
