Love the picture, the software leaves plenty to be wanted.

The set up was incredibly easy from start to finish. The remote has the different app buttons to bring you directly to Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Pretty convenient. The only thing that bothered us was the automatic dimming, but we fixed that. Great buy

The Tv and stand are just beautiful and The stand just highlights my living room area. Now the delivery was delayed for weeks. The delivery dates were change three times. Causing me miss two days off form work.

This set worked out perfectly for what I needed in our formal living room above my fireplace. The feature set made it usable even before I was able to place my HDMI cable for wired program material. It has given this room a new life.

Very happy with my purchase. I haven't had it but a few weeks but so far it's great. Had little problem in beginning with setting up the Wireless on it. But once it connected and updated to latest software version all worked like it was supposed to.

It is a solid Tv for the price. Good picture and sound quality.

We have had Samsungs for a very long time now. Never had an issue with them. No tv is perfect of course but this comes close. The only issue I could even really think of is as with any tv, the speakers are never mind blowing.

Got a display model open box. Stopped working 3 weeks later. Other than that no complaints. I’ve had mostly very good experiences with Samsung products, so I’m more inclined to think this was a cautionary tale about open box items. Still can’t honestly recommend it since that happened. Luckily Best Buy had an extended return period due to covid (slimmest of silver linings I know). I would expect most folks to be satisfied with how it performs, considering the price and knowing it’s not a super high end tv. I had the 6 series before and was pleased with it until my 2 year old hit the screen with the remote. 7 was basically the same with more inputs. Some issues with glare when the sun would shine through my windows. If you need a tv right now this shouldn’t disappoint, but if you can hold off a year or two you will probably be able to get QLED or even OLED in the same price range. Those look quite a bit nicer.

We have had several problems with the tv and the Harmony remote control requiring us to call for help from the Geek squad several times. It appears the Mark from the Geek squad finally has corrected everything and gave us good user instructions. We now have a beautiful picture and are enjoying our new TV.

The technology of the TV set is beyond Our previous sets,still a challenge too Operate but a store of information Will change the way I have viewed Television in the past , thanks to The programming,I will enjoy this Set. Respectfully J . Niblett

Its an ok starter TV, definitely better than the 6 Series.

Good quality, I like Samsung it last longer than other brand.
