Clear picture, excellent smart features!

They're quite durable. I know several people that have purchased Samsung products and are very pleased with the products.

Great TV

Even though Vizio had good reviews but issues with their software. Returned both Vizios and purchased the Samsung.

picture too dark to see anything

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this samsung as my last one (which i absolutely love and didnt want to get rid of) was not a smart TV. it was 9 years old and still worked as good as new. beautiful picture, easy to use. This new samsung is awful. i have tried countless numbers of times to set it up with my particular cable provider (AT&T) which is not even an option(????). The settings change on it every time i turn it off and back on again. And the one most unacceptable thing....the picture is so dark!!!! i have watched 2 entire movies (movies that i have seen before) and all i could see is a black screen... It was so dark, i couldnt even get small visuals of what was going on. i have set it to dynamic (which is very bright normally) and i have manually adjusted the brightness (none of which i should have to do, and never did on my old Samsung). I spent $500 on this TV and i cant watch it. Returning it ASAP!!!!!!

Easy purchase, however couldn't use your in home install services because of wiring difficulty. Found the prefect person to do the job. He was through, friendly and reasonable. Your company should recommend him.

Credit to the new leadership at BestBuy - the client experience is ‘spot-in’! In short - well pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Incorrect motion rate

I had a 6 series for a long time and this is a better picture. But the box said 120 motion rate and it isn't. It's 60 motion rate and the settings have been configured to try and simulate a 120 picture. Outside of that it's a pretty good tv

Disappointed
