I am enjoying this TV very much. I am not a gamer or someone who needs a super dooper product. This TV fits the purpose of TV watching just fine. In addition, I connected a soundbar which enhances a much better audio.

This is my first experience with a smart TV and I love it! It was very easy to use with the Samsung SmartThings app. Color and quality is awesome. Love having direct access to my favorite streaming services.

Happy with the TV; built-in sound is adequate. Had to turn off some of the color saturation and image sharpening settings before Moana looked right; by default it exaggerates the colors too much which is a Samsung tendency.

The ONLY issue we had with this television is that it takes special bolts to mount with our wall mount. Cost an additional $19.95. For as much as we paid for it we would have assumed that it would have come with the "special" sized bolts it required. Other than that it, overall, is a nice television

Having loads of apps available to add to the main menu was a bonus we didn't realize was included; makes accessing streaming channels much easier via the remote. Great product.

This was replacing an older plasma tv in my bedroom. The wireless connectivity and smart apps are outstanding. Picture quality is nice but the black levels aren't as sharp as I'd like them to be. Overall though very happy with the purchase.

I was a little hesitant about purchasing another Samsung but I got this Samsung 55” for my daughter and she loves it. The quality is great and so far she hasn’t experienced any negative issues with it.

The television is what we were hoping for and both the associate who assisted us and the technician who came to hook it up were professional and helpful. We both appreciated all questions being answered quickly.

Had an inexperienced salesman in the showroom when I went to purchase a new tv and wanted a new tv that was smart and had good color and depth. I had a plasma and loved how it worked but was at the end of its life. I got a flat not depth . A pale tv not vivid color after I paid for tv setup. To say I am disappointed is weak I am angry. Apparently this tv is for streamers/downloaders not cable watchers. Young kid who sold it misrepresented it.

Bestbuy is the go-to place if you want a careful personalized delivery. The delivery process is top-notch. Very much informed, extremely professional. They brought TV into my office opened and tested.

We found we a Smart TV that was WiFi compatible, and Best Buy had the kind we needed on sale for an affordable price. It really helped, too to be able to get the 12 months financing at no interest.

The built in Spectrum app works well. It enables you to avoid paying for an additional cable box. However, it would be useful if when the television is turned on it defaulted to the Spectrum app. Instead it defaults to the Samsung app which displays what appears to be a group of proprietary channels.

So far i have been very happy with my purchase, still learning how everything works some functions seem Hard to locate, I don’t have internet so it’s harder to set things up.
