I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. The TV is quick to come on and has a set of built in free streaming channels as well as many of the typical apps ready to go.

This was a great replacement from a 10 year old Plasma. I love how light and easy to move this tv is. Intermittent issues with an external sound bar but the quality of the picture is great.

My fiancé and I wanted to have a tv in our room and after doing some research and asking a lot of questions we decided on this one. So far so good ! It’s been super easy using it and the colors are great.

Talk about Judder. Way too much. Not sure why. Quality of the picture is good, but when the video land and the objects move there is more judder than I can handle. But I can’t return it now cuz I already threw away the box. Fml

Love this TV! I have had it for two years . Can connect with lots of devises with no problems. I bought it because I connect my beats to it.

We brought our old t.v. up to our cottage. So we needed to replace and time to up-grade at home. As long as we were doing that we thought that we would up-grade to 4K. And up-grade our DVD to 4K also.

The tv works well. The only complaint I have is with lighting. It seems to look the best in a dark room and sorta is hard to see if light gets on it. I’m Middle aged so it could be just me. This was my first 4K tv and honestly I thought it would look better than it does.

this was a total impulse purchase. I haven't upgraded my TV in over 8 years and I shocked buy how affordable TVs had become. This Smart TV had everything you could want at a great price.

Purchased this TV because of Smart features. In comparison to similar televisions, it was better. I purchased a Samsung smart television for a bedroom a while back. It has provided excellent service.

we purchased two samsung 55" tv's on line and had them delivered and installed by the Geek Squad. We were just moving into our new home - the sofa furniture in the den had not been delivered. Both tv's were installed and they seem to work fine with their initial brief test. We used the living room tv only, because there was no sofa in the den. The sofa was delivered (30 days after the tv was installed). We turned on the tv and noticed a small spot in the upper left hand corner. It began to grow - then a stripe along the top and down lines from the spot to the bottom of the tv. We called Best Buy - told us to call Samsung. We called samsung - we sent a photo of the problem- they sent us to a repair service - the repair service never called us - finally we tracked them down through samsung and they reviewed it and said it was damaged and not samsung's responsibility. Apparently no recourse. We bought a new tv from walmart - had it mailed to us and we installed it - no problem. We have a brand new tv in our closet. Do you want it? Thank you for all your assistance. I'll never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Love that I can use my Samsung Smart Phone with this Smart TV! Sometimes responses are a bit slow but it's on WiFi so understandable. Overall very pleased with the TV!

This is a great tv for anyone who don’t require all the bells and whistles of the latest models offered by Samsung. Never purchase a tv that’s smarter than you are.

Bought one and had to return due to defect but got another one delivered quick! Only thing that sucks about it is the legs for the tv don’t seem to sturdy but besides that great TV

This is my 4th Samsung Smart TV. I will not buy any other brand. The 7 series upconverts all signals to 4K quality. The Samsung SmartHub has a ton of free features and is very user friendly.

my first big tv ever. dumb people have big tvs, smart people have big libraries. ive read enough books in my 28 yrs of life that I thought I should treat myself to my first big tv. love it!

Very satisfied. Had to return two Insignia televisions because they were both defective. Purchased this television after and are very satisfied. No flickering.

Got it on a Christmas sale for a raffle prize for an office party. The winner loves it and he’s had 4K TVs before

I replaced an Insignia 55" with the Samsung 55" due to a lightning strike. The Geek squad installed and made the final programing.They did an excellent job and we could not be happier.

Needed a new smart TV and this was perfect. Great feature allows me to share my iPad screen. Best buy delivered to my front door and kept me informed on the delivery time.
