    I have always like Samsung tv's. great graphics whether you're gamin' , watching movies or tv shows or sports and picture settings for adjusting to all kinds of imaging like movies, tv, sports and gaming do help

    Purchased TV as a Christmas gift for my Grandson and he is extremely happy with it. Great service and fast shipping.

    Got a dud? Go for the Series 8 Instead!

    Really not sure if we got a dud on this or not...but... Had to return this to the store within a week. Ended up exchanging it for the upgraded Series 8 version. The problems: First, it would not pick up our wireless. Almost every time we turned off the TV it would disconnect us from the internet. When we turned on the TV and it was telling us it was not connected, when we went into the WiFi menu, no WiFi connections were found. We live in a populated neighborhood and everyone has WiFi here. On any other smart device in our home, even if they signal is extremely weak, we pick up at least 3-4 WiFi's from our neighbors (they are passworded so we cannot connect to them....but we still see them). This TV, no WiFi signals were found. It would revert us to manually enter the WiFi signal we wanted to connect to. This happened almost every time we would turn off the TV and turn it back on. We spent more time messing with the WiFi than actually watching TV. Second, because we were constantly being disconnected from our WiFi, our apps would reset or just not load at all. If we tried to connect to YouTube or Netflix, we would have to reenter our info and half the time it wouldn't even load anyway! Finally, we called their Geek Squad after day 4...they tried to do troubleshooting...checked our WiFi connection, tried to reset the TV, blah blah blah....the norm...and it still didn't work. Ultimately, we brought it back for a return and while we were at Best Buy returning it, we decided to upgrade and pay the difference for the Series 8. The Series 8 TV we purchased is the updated version of this one...same size and everything...just their more up to date TV. It works so far...no complaints! Honestly think we got a lemon/dud...hence the 3 stars. But, maybe this version has some type of quality issues or internal computer issues that some TV's are experiencing? Not sure...either way, still recommend Samsung just not the TV (go for the 8 if you are willing to pay a bit more!)

    This tv has great resolution.It is fast and has all the features I was looking for. I normally buy Sony exclusively but the price was too good to pass up on this one. It was 1/2 the price of the Sony.

    Bought this tv to use in s business. It is on 16 hours a day and it works perfectly. Good deal for the price. Great smart featurs

    Had to have a tech out first week after buyingSomething was wrong with the Wi-Fi through the TV they lie something was wrong with the Wi-Fi through the TV my appointment was set for someone to come out between nine and 12 I got a call at 11 AM that said they had to postpone it to 11 to 4 By 3 o’clock I started calling asking when someone would be out that’s on the infirmary by 5 o’clock mind you this is on a holiday good Friday and I had dinner plans with my mother the tech finally arrives in approximately 540 only took him 20 minutes to fix but the inconvenience of the timeframe for the appointment was unacceptable

    I know it sounds crazy, but you would think that Samsung would have the #1 rated cable news app available. So ridiculous. I had to buy a Roku on a Smart TV just to get it. Other than that, it's awesome

    it lacked one feature that was important for me - a headphone jack. Replaced it with a Westinghouse which does. As a bonus, it also has a larger screen.
