Good picture but poor interface

There are shortcuts on the remote but the settings can be found in too many places. Also, the day I got this I set up a bluetooth sound bar and since that day the bluetooth hasn't worked. Can't find the sound bar or anything new. Out of the box HDMI 2 doesn't work either. Don't know how it passed QC.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Samsung RU7100 TV.
You can try the following steps to pair/repair your Bluetooth device, such as a soundbar:
1.Press the home button, hover over the Setting button on the far left side of the menu, and then press up direction to go into the quick settings that will appear above the settings menu
2. Press right 3 times to hover over “Sound Output”, then press up to access Speaker List where you pair or reconnect Bluetooth devices.

The down side is the pre-loaded software. Wants to take over the programming. Other than that, it was a decent purchase.
