What I thought was a smudge, turned into a full crack inside the television itself. Everything looked great upon delivery. We now have a TV with a large black stripe down the middle of it for no reason, whenever you rub a part of the tv to clean, it just spider webs out. No idea what happened but very disappointed. Either delivery or production, it’s a lot of money that we will be taking to the trash in less than a month!!

I am very sorry for the unfortunate situation with a crack having developed in your screen. Please know that a crack will not spontaneously develop; a physical impact – perhaps small, but done at just a certain degree – would be the most likely explanation.

Unlike other budget TV sets, there are no problems with hdmi cross talking. It has many resident apps also. This is a decent tv. Downside is as an LED set, there are no true blacks. It’s also subject to some degree of reflection dampening the viewing experience (depending on your viewing angle). But overall, for between $300-400, this is a good tv.
