    The TV fits the room perfect

    The only issue is the tv will not stay connected to my Polk soundbar.If I had known this would happen I would have bought an LG tv. The tv that was replaced was an LG and they synced just fine. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. What help can Best Buy provide?

      Here are some trouble-shooting tips that may help solve the issue:
      1. Make sure to use a good quality, high-speed HDMI cable.
      2. First, turn off and disconnect all HDMI devices. Then connect one side of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT (ARC) on your Soundbar and the other side of the cable to the TV’s HDMI IN (ARC) port. Note that both sides of the cable have to be connected to the port labeled “ARC”.
      3. Power on the TV first, then the Soundbar.
      4. If still no sound, check that both devices have HDMI-CEC enabled. On the TV, go to Settings > General >External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI CEC). You will have to check for similar settings on the Soundbar.
      5. Finally, you may need to check if your Soundbar supports the audio file format sent by the TV. To improve compatibility, you can go to TV Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Format and set it to “PCM”.

    open box price only thing is it didnt tell you. It doesn't come with a stand or the tv remote so I had to buy a wall.mount and a universal remote. A little upset but the universal remote works well GE PRODUCT FOR Samsung

    This is the replacement of the same tv that didn’t last 2 years. Good thing had warranty on it. The picture is good bit about all I can say. Disappointed in Samsung quality lately.

    I’d hoped the TV had a better smarthub organizer like I’ve had on a previous Samsung. It has issues connecting to WiFi when you turn it on after it’s been off for a while. You have to turn it back off and turn it on until it connects.

    It's a good TV. Needed the extra hdmi, that's why i bought this model If you only need 2, step down 1 level and save $100. Picked up another Samsung Soundbar. Now, it's a really nice experience.

    It seems to have an issue with keeping its Wi-Fi signal intermittently connected. I've read that it's an issue. Hopefully it will get resolved or we will be returning...

    TVs fine for my sons room. The colors look a bit washed out even after calibrating it. The remote has too much going on I prefer the remote that comes with the qled TVs. I thought it was gonna be the same remote.

    Samsung had always been my go to brand. When we needed a tv for our conference room I purchased a Samsung. After almost 4 months and less than 20 hour of use, the tv would not power up. I called the warranty group for service and was notified it only had a 90 day warranty in commercial setting. It is not like it was in a sports bar. The tv was rarely used. I determined they make a great product until you actually need some assistance. A good company would have done the right thing.

    TV seems to be working pretty well, but also seems that all the smart features are slowing it down. Frustrated by the performance of the TV when multiple applications are open and screen seems to glitch.

    Simple Samsung TV

    This is a good entry level TV. I purchased it for my daughter's room. Couldn't beat the open box price, best way to shop. Definitely is not a QLED but gets the job accomplish.

    I replaced a 10 yr old Samsung 55" plasma with this tv. The old plasma picture had a much better picture. I wish I wouldn't have "upgraded" and gave the old plasma to my little brother.

    Tv is nice and all but I notice when you turned it on it’s blurry for a bit and then it disappears. Quality is alright though. Would I purchase one like this no I won’t.

    Out of the box, the display was messed up. Half the screen was 30% darker than the other half. I called for service but it’s going to take 2 weeks.

    It's not the best but it's good. It does good for gaming but movie wise not so much. If you want better picture, colors, and smoother motion then go for something else.

    PIECE OF JUNK....Spyware Box with a Screen

    You are better off with the Walmart China-brand TVs....at least when THEY don't work, you know why.... The closed captioning doesn't work a third of the time, and when I called Samsung for assistance, they blamed the National Closed Captioning Institute (BY NAME) and told me to go bother them....even though the Samsung TV Plus service has the most issues, and I was inquiring about that directly.... I've ended up with a TV that just CONSTANTLY installs apps without my permission that fill up the already lacking storage..... needs to be reset in one way or another EVERY MONTH OR TWO....requires AT LEAST THREE factory resets a year, and VERIFIABLY monitors ongoing conversations in my living room(the little lady and I got it to pull up some VERY obscure advertisements by mentioning them in completely out of place conversation throughout the day.... TERRIFYING LEVELS OF MONITORING, AND IT CLAIMS THEIR IS NO MICROPHONE.......LIES)

    I purchased this TV with a smart TV set up in mind. This particular tv does connect with google but it only has extremely limited capabilities. I returned to best buy to ask what I could do so they sold me the google chrome ultra. I took that home and was upset to find that this Samsung model does not convert dobly from the google chrome. Yes, you can play netflix from the on tv app but it defeats the purpose of purchasing a $600 smart tv. I took this back and bought the Vizio P. Much happier.

    Don't buy!

    I purchased this tv 9/2019 after a lightning storm blew out my 1-yr old Vizio 50" 4K. This is the living room tv that is used maybe 3x per week for a couple of hours, so minimal use. Turned on tv a few days ago, and there's now a vertical black shadow on the left side of screen. Call Samsung, of course it needs an LED panel repair and warranty is expired, so it's going to cost me. I look up issues online for this tv and Samsung models, the majority have encountered the same issue I have. So, instead of Samsung admitting they have a faulty part and making it right, they don't do anything. Worthless. I have 4 other tv's in the house; 4 of them 4-10 years old. ALL of them work perfectly (2 Vizio, 1 Panasonic Plasma, 1 Samsung 4k). This tv is the biggest piece of junk I've ever purchased. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Do yourself a favor and buy Sony or Vizio, and steer clear of Samsung crappy tv's.
