Im Samsung customer for long time , but It is ridiculous afther the third day of having bought this TV I have to call technical support because the wiring connection stopped working and even worse to wait 10 days for a technician...Samsung whats happening

Had to return. It has an issue with wifi. Have to Unplug then replug it to work. Gets very annoying. Updated to a newer model. Haven't received it yet. Hope it works. I have had Samsung TVs for years now, first time I got a lemon.

After a year of owning it the TV started to show a black shadow straight down the middle of the TV then it would come an go. Eventually other spots and now its completely pitch black.
