    Store sold an open box with a broken screen..... TV was tossed in the box with the legs left on it upside down. I drove over an hour to pick up this TV only to get it home and the screen was cracked. The store did a poor job packaging it and when I called to complain the manager did nothing for me. A complete waste of time.

    This TV (brand new, not open box) showed up without a TV remote or even power cable which are listed as included. I spent HOURS with best buy support trying to get this straightened out now for them to tell me the only thing I can do is return the TV. Such a waste of my time. Not worth the effort to buy.

    I called customer serves to see if there was a way to disable this and nope there isn't. So if your tv is connected to the internet you will always have ads running on your Home Hub very annoying.

    Has a mind of it's own at times, after only a year and a half I'm having to replace it because 25% of the right side of screen is black. I expected a better product from Samsung. I will not buy another Samsung TV.

    I purchased this television on 1-7-2021. It stopped working on 2-6-2021. When I turned on the TV, the sound goes in and out with no picture. I called Best Buy and they told me to contact Samsung. This TV is a piece of junk. Will never purchase another Samsung TV.

    Arrived with broken display, even if it wasn't physically broken it would still deserve 2 stars. The annoying samsung "smart" tv makes you watch its free crap movie service every time you turn it on. More unnecessary adds, more bloatware..less stars.

    I called support and asked for an invoice that matched my purchases. Support said they could not email me on that matched my CC statement. Somebody combined the items in groups of 2's and 3's and made it difficult to see what was purchased. Will not shop here again.

    Had to return this tv has too much image lagg that it started hurting my eyes from stressing them to adjust focus on my vision. I've try every adjustment and settings was just not able to get a good image

    Purchased the Samsung 55 in June of 2019. One year and three months later dark lines and shadows cover the right side of screen. Cost to repair is about what the TV cost new. Many references to this problem on the Samsung forums.

    I bought open box- excellent and received an awful TV. The TV has scratches no remote no power cord. I don’t understand how this is consider excellent. I initially thought I was given the wrong TV, but nope the store said it was right.

    I got a broken screen tv in a new package. I went to store to return right away and manager refuse to take it back because serial code was not matching thats how i got it it was not my fault. I still have that tv in my living room

    This TV constantly drops the WiFi connection. Checking the internet for this issue reveals this has been going on for years and Samsung is doing nothing about it. Samsung support personnel simply read from a canned script and are useless! AVOID!!!

      Samsung is aware of the WiFi connection issue and have been working on a solution. Once it is available, a firmware update will be released to remedy this issue.

      Meanwhile, we recommend to reboot your TV as a temporary fix.
      Please unplug TV’s power cord and re-plug in, or press power button on the remote, hold power button 5+ sec to restart the TV.

    Green lines randomly appeared down the tv just shortly after the warranty ran out. TV never sustained any damage of any sort, shouldn't happen to this product shortly a year after purchase. Unacceptable.

    I really enjoy this TV so much its hard to put it into words but ill do my best. This is my first and only smart TV that I got at the start of the pandemic right before lockdown. Countless nights of belly rumbling laugher, drama, intrigue, and excitement have flourished in front of this telly. It brings life and light to any situation at any time, me, roomates & grilfriends have all had fantastic moments via this TV. Sounds godly but it was guiding us through godly moments. House music and music in general sounds great coming out of the built in/inside tv speakers. We didnt use any other speakers or sound systems with the tv instead just turned up the volume on the remote.

    I paid $1200 for this TV and LEDs went out 1 month after warranty expired (2 years). This is the second Samsung I’ve had that this happened. Will not be buying anymore Samsung products.
