This is a good TV for the price, there are definitely way better tv’s but they cost 3 times as much. I found this tv to be an excellent replacement and upgrade from my 10 year old top of the line Samsung that stopped working. I paid half as much for this one as I did 10 years ago and it’s much better.

Samsung makes great products, I was very surprised at how good the sound is, picture is very sharp and blacks are very deep compared to my older tech in the house. Will be buying another one soon, price is insane! I would recommend, only complaint...Remotes need a backlight!

Purchase was in Mary 2019 and bought this for our Master bedroom since our outdated old-fashioned TV finally went kaput! We bought this particular TV because Best Buy offered the best price compared to other stores in the area and because we've had our another Samsung TV now for over 10 years which still works as good as it did the first day we bought it! There are no issues with it whatsoever and the color, graphics, sound, etc. are fantastic! Compared this to several other brands but felt this had the best options and color as well as basing it on our experience with our other Samsung TV. Geek Squad hooked it up on the wall and the guys did a good job as well.

Great picture and sound at a great price. Remote could use a backlight, but that's the only con I can think of. You can't go wrong with Samsung TV's!

A 55 inch Samsung 4K 7 series UHD LED TV for only $450, what a deal! The picture quality is fantastic for both upscaled HD and native 4K programs. The setup was incredibly easy and I had my TV setup and connected to both my Wifi and home theater system in about 30 minutes. The only drawback was the motion smoothing (called Auto Motion Plus on Samsung TVs) which gave everything a hyper realistic look (Soap Opera Effect). Fortunately it was very easy to turn off restoring movies and TV shows to their normal appearance! I would recommend this TV to everyone looking for a high quality inexpensive 4K TV!

Has an excellent picture. Easy to set up. Easy to use remote. It's a light tv so easy to carry and get into the house, even in the box.

Samsung Quality delivers again with this TV. Its 55" size is about the largest we wanted in our Master Bedroom, and the 4K resolution is wonderful. I'm now glad we upgraded our old 1080p set for this new one. Easy setup wizard walks you through the addition of all source devices, like cable service set-top box, Blu-Ray Player, wired Internet connection, etc. It offers WIFI connection, too, but we didn't need that. The sound in our bedroom is much better than the older (Samsung) it replaces. I recommend this TV to anyone.

I have had to set up my TV and hook up all the things necessary to use it myself since we are in this time of Stay at Home. Set up was easy. Love my TV even though the picture quality is not a good as my old Plasma. Love all the 4k features and I know have Netflix, YouTube, internet and my favorite, PureFlix, which has movies we can all watch and enjoy. I have only had the TV for a month but I would give the TV a 9 out of ten. But for the price, 91/2 out of ten. I recommend this TV thus far. It's still early.

I've had this tv for a little over a month now, and I love it! I decided to mount it to my older stand (replacing my 42" plasma) and this required a trip to Lowe's as the tv did not come with mounting hardware. I think Samsung wants you to buy their wall mounts. The only other surprise was that there is no audio output other than optical. Another trip to the store later, I'm all set! Great picture, cool features. And I still have some more to learn about it.

Like it so far, good color easy apps use, setup simple. I turned off the motion thing so it doesn't have that soap opera look.

After upgrading from a 40in 1080p TV that I had for 12 years, it was time for an upgrade as my old TV was having major issues. I went with this TV because I didn't have any more room for anything bigger. I have used 4K smart TV's at work, so had an idea of how they operated already. This TV was exactly what I needed with really good quality and features and is a smart 4K TV to operate anything that I needed. Good quality for the price and functions and would recommend to anyone that is within budget.

Great picture and easy to use. The only downside is the remote doesn't light up so if it's dark you can't really see the buttons.

It's amazing having a smart tv but also having a Samsung smart tv that pairs to my phone is great too. Color is great along with the sound too. We love the extra channels we got with the smart tv. I'm a very lucky lady as I got this for my 50th birthday gift after researching all smart tvs. The 7k series is awesome. They had 3 the evening we were in there but couldn't get it in my car so hubby went back the next morning and only 1 left.

I did research on many TV's and decided on the Samsung brand. Compared the different series and decided the 7 series would give the best TV for the money. Of course this week and over the 15 day return period the dropped the price another $100. The picture is great, and was easy to set up. Plenty inputs for all my devices and AV receiver. Still having a problem synching it to my AV receiver so when I turn the TV on the receiver comes on also. Interesting that when I shut off the TV the receiver will shut off.

This is my third Samsung television, and second 7 series purchased from Best Buy. My wife and I have two Apple TVs, and the 4K Apple TV is on full display when paired with the Samsung 7 series, due to the UHD colors and contrast. The television is relatively free from gimmicks and bloatware, and supports a wide variety of apps, should you choose to go that route. It’s thin, light and easy to mount and set up as well. It’s for these reasons my wife and I continue to purchase Samsung televisions.

This is our 2nd Samsung this size and model for weekend getaway place. We were not disappointed with the 2nd one as the picture is fantastic utilizing long range antenna! The first one we have had for a few years with no issues. The built in apps are useful, set up is easy too. There is a built in tutorial for set up with step by step instructions. Have linked Samsung tablet at times to view photos or video from family members. Great value and Amazon is already loaded.

Hard not to post a good review when I am upgrading from a 40"to a 55" - regardless, I'm really happy with the picture and the ports (HDMI and sound). Netflix and Amazon buttons on the remote are good. The control buttons (play, ff, rewind, etc) are really small though and there could be some more color options (only standard, dynamic and custom are available and I'm used to more options).

Easy set up and integration with Samsung account. Vivid colors, great sound, and lightweight for easy mounting.

Picture quality is great. WIFI capable easy to configure. Easy to set up. The Vesa wall hanging was not the usual, had to dig in to some past parts packages to find the right bolts. Some new to hanging device they want you to order from Samsung. They came up with Vesa wall hanging so that all wall hanging TV's would be the same. Seems Samsung is trying to make you buy their particular hanging equipment. Other than that, easy transaction, Best Buy is easy to deal with.
