I bought the night before online and picked up the next day. When I got there I let them know I was there and I didn’t have to wait long and they came out with my tv. I would definitely recommend this and I will absolutely will use again in the future. Thank You Best Buy!

A puzzling mystery with this set-up

But this replacement for a 2018 Samsung that already failed has a peculiar problem that stumped the Geek Squad so far. I get no sound from the Blu-ray player. This was NOT the case with the previous setup. Same HDMI cable. Same connection setup to Denon receiver. If I unplug HDMI from port and replug it into any port (HDMI1, 2 or 3) sound returns. Soon as I shut down and go back to TV or Cable/Sat selection on receiver, sound once again does not work on Blu ray. Geek Squad tried everything: settings, reset etc. A specialist is trying again after a 3 week wait. There is no problem with the Blu ray player or the receiver. So this is a great mystery. Disappointing because, as stated, the picture is fine. But this is the 3rd Samsung to be problematic. The first in 2012 lasted until 2018. The 2018 lasted only to 2020 (developed a shadow on the screen). We will see what happens with Geek Squad specialist at my appointment.
