The remote control unit is tiny and difficult to use. The TV isn't programmed to accept a broadcast antenna even though it has a connection for one. From time to time it interrupts my cable viewing to try to get me to sign up to Samsung TV. I guess it would be a better TV for someone who wants to Stream because it has apps for Hulu Netflix and about 6 others.

We appreciate your review of the CU8000 TV. Please know your feedback will be shared with our internal teams. I do have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.
First, please know the CU8000 does come with a built-in tuner; however, you will need to connect an external antenna to receive local channels.
To set up your local channels, please follow these steps:
1) Make sure your Antenna or Cable box is set up, and then connect it to the TV vis the ANT IN.
2) Go to Source> TV
3) Press Setting> All Settings> Broadcasting> Auto Program
4) Start to begin Auto-Programming, and then select either Air, Cable, or Both
5) Your TV will begin to scan for channels. After it's done, select Close to finish
Your local channels, should now be available.
Next, please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound; you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual.
Finally, if you do not wish to utilize Samsung TV Plus, you can disable it. \Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below:
1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’
2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service.
3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide.

After using it for a couple hours a day, it stated to lag and when opening Netflix, hulu and Disney+. When I speak to the remote to "Open Netflix" it would say the tv is overwhelmed with tasks. Other than the softwareissues the tv works fine.

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with unresponsive apps. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
