It only lasted less than two years did not get any compensation for all the times they came to our house 4 times to be exact and it just quit it was a lemon

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Oversaturated colors & poor clarity on UN55CU8000

I set it up and out of the box the colors and clarity were not good. The skin tones on people had a reddish tint to them, and the presence of outdoor scenes featuring forest or trees along with people had a green tint to them and made the people also appear with a greenish tint. Also, the picture was too bright and washed out in some scenes and looked ok in others. I looked through all of the settings and tried to adjust the settings to compensate for the excessive saturation of the colors, picture clarity and brightness but never could accomplish a setting that would resolve all situations together. I even reset things back to how they were originally, but no luck. So, I took it back and bought a 55" QLED model QN55Q70CAFXZA and it was perfect out of the box. And the picture clarity, colors and brightness are like night and day compared with the CU8000 model, even though both sets are 2023 models. I would avoid the CU8000 model and spend a little more to get a better picture.
