I bought a Samsung 55 inch smart TV. I love it. I’ve always had Samsung TVs from making boomboxes I will always stand Beside Samsung for a long time. I’ve never had a problem with any of your products and the quality is great.

I have had this tv - it is located in my bedroom - picture is crystal clear - much better than the LG I had previous. I can see all the details in the pictures. The sound is loud and clear - I was going to get a sound bar - but don't need one. the tv is loud enough on volume 15 or 16.

Purchasing our new Samsung 4K QLED tv was a smart purchase. In store assistance was exceptional. Delivery was on time and the installers were professional, knowledgeable and timely. The tv itself has enhanced our viewing, with its clear and detailed picture quality. Best Buy is the best place to find exactly what you want at a reasonable price and receive appropriate help if needed.

Got the TV for the bedroom. 55 inch perfect size. Pretty good picture and all the apps. Samsung having Spectrum app is nice where we don't have to get an apple tv or roko.

User guide could use some review/rewriting. When you select Home it turns off the current program then you have to re-select what you want to watch. The home screen very busy. No way to customize Home screen. Very convoluted on how to add an App and other functions. No very much technical information available.

Excellent picture quality, sound, and volume. This works well as a stand-alone TV. No need to add sound bars or such items. The remote can be a little finicky every now and then, but that is not a major issue worth dwelling on.

My first Smart TV, replacing my 1993 CRT-type TV. Using it only on antenna so far but very happy with the picture and sound quality. I do intend on delving into it's Internet features in the future.

This is a nice TV at a reasonable price. The picture is very clear. 4K is more than enough resolution for a screen this size. Most TV shows aren’t even broadcast at this high a resolution, so anything more is mostly wasted. I think there is very little currently available at 8K.

We purchased this to replace another smart TV and this one works so much better. It was easy to set up and very intuitive to use; the apps load quickly and the color is great.

TV was easy to install. Picture is excellent. Recommend buying.
