A part of me thinks it's crazy that a $700 something TV is considered an entry level HDTV but it perfectly serves my needs. And dreams. I'm not a huge fan of Samsung's UI and pre-loaded apps that you cannot remove but I'm sure that's true of a lot of smart TVs. Some of the apps like Netflix and pandora have crashed and am not sure if I should blame the apps themselves or the tv. But I have been able to fix with reinstalling the app or unplugging and plugging back in the tv.

Over the last couple years I’ve bought multiple TVs and I’m absolutely hooked on the new Samsung smart TVs!!! One remote connects everything including surround sound, cable, Apple TV and PlayStation with no effort. No codes no messing around, just point the remote towards the tv and other devices and BOOM... everything is connected. Not to mention the picture is phenomenal!!!

At first I wasn’t sure about the size, the box it arrived in was huge! But it ended up being perfect for over my fireplace. I’m still figuring it out since this is my first smart TV with Bluetooth. The picture is very clear and watching movies or TV is great. I’m only having a slight issue using my fire stick with it, I haven’t quite mastered that.

I had an old rear-projection TV in my great room that has huge windows that let in a lot of natural light. I would always have to close the blinds that were directly across from the TV in order to avoid glare. Not so with this TV - the picture is bright (but not "hurt your eyes" bright) and sharp. The sound quality is good too - I had a football game on the other day and was working in my kitchen with my back turned. The quarterback said "hey", and I literally turned around thinking someone was in the room with me. The geek squad did a great job on setting it up - well worth the money (worth it even just to take my old TV away). My son just came home from college for the break and was really impressed (I'm cool again, I guess!). I realize I am comparing this to something that was 15 years old, but I am SUPER HAPPY with this purchase.

This tv is amazing, from the picture quality to the smart tv applications. Picture values are very tweakable which is a plus because this is my bedroom television. And being able to lower the brightness without losing other picture values is amazing. Definite reccomendation for anyone looking for a new tv.

This is my first 4K machine and it is excellent. This images are striking and life like. The remote wirks great,mostly eliminating the need for my cable remote. My only qualms are that it has only three hdmi inputs (if you have more devices you will have to purchase an input hub). Also, the remote connects to the web and if you use the voice control it might be unavailable if the server is down. Those qualms aside, this player is highly recommended!

It’s a good tv. Crisp, clear, and lots of color. The smart remote works with various devices and has been a pleasant suprise. Only downside is occasionally during fast sporting events there is a minor jutter but doesn’t bother me.

I was nervous getting a new Smart TV. Thought I would struggle to work it since I am not very tech savy. But this TV is not only easy to work, but also easy to setup. The one universal remote is amazing! Love the voice command option. Great sound and great picture! would buy again and again!

I decided to go with a more introductory model in the 4K space. As an average guy who doesn't have much of an eye for high levels of TV display, this TV is perfect. Good image, pretty good Smart TV technology (Netflix, Hulu, etc), though I added a Roku Stick + for WatchESPN, NBC, CWTV, etc.

We originally were going to purchase the 50 inch but the price difference was so little we opted for the 55 inch and dont regret it at all. Set up was a breeze as we merely needed to attach the TV base and within 20 minutes from opening the box we were enjoying the experience!

The TV is outstanding, great color, easy to use remote, smart TV that is functional and easy to use. My only disclaimer would be the speakers are in the back so if you don't have a sound system, sound bar or other external speakers you do get a less that spectacular sound.

I picked up this tv on sale and got it for 649 plus tax. I returned a Sony 49” and settled on this one. Every single complaint I had about the Sony was addressed by getting this Samsung. The picture is sharp and colors are bright and vivid. The contrast is solid and the picture keeps up well with my Xbox One even on frantic rounds of Rocket League. The menus are easily navigable and there’s plenty of options to dial it in to your liking. I passed on the pro install and used the HD TV calibration option through my Xbox to get it where I wanted it. The speakers lack deep bass, but they are waaaay more powerful than the tin cans in the Sony. I have a relatively small living room and it fills out the whole room clearly. I’ve very happy with my purchase and (barring any poor customer service with Samsung) will gladly purchase another Samsung unit when the time comes. The only thing I miss about my old Samsung is the option to have an “ON” timer. Otherwise, it’s been a great TV so far and hope to get many years of use from it. If you don’t want to drop $1000 or more on a well rounded TV then I’d highly recommend this model. *I read many negative reviews of the remote. I’ll say that after a couple of days with it I found it to be very easy to use and does everything I need it to. In comparison, the Sony remote resembled an old TI calculator that I used in calculus and trig. It was bulky and I hit the wrong button more often than not. This Samsung remote also allows me to control my Xbox without any other setup. All of the buttons have a great feel to them and the TV responds immedialty. The only thing I’d change about the remote would be to add backlit buttons, but the simplicity of it kind of negates the need for that.

Very informed salesperson. Not like the other big box stores that just rang you up at the register. It was easy set up. Took us very little time. Just followed the great directions. Good picture. Excellent sound. Simple uncomplicated remote.

Its 10 days now. TV is awesome with all features and i didn't have any issues till now. The 4K UHD with good sound feels awesome.The Smart remote is good no need to have ,ultiple remotes in had one is for all. I really recommend this product.

We are very happy with our new 4k Samsung. Great picture, sound is also good but ours is hooked up to a sound bar. Very easy to set up. Basically out of box plug in power source and single HDMI cable from our X Box 1. Great quality for price.

My old tv got a crack in it while moving and needed a new one. Best Buy had a great sale and the picture is bright and has many amenities. I can use it for my work laptop, connect my Bluetooth devices and the remote works with other devices.
