Pros: -Easy set up -One box for everything -Great colors -4k gaming looks great for the most part. Cons: -Blurry motion on fast sports action like basketball or soccer (even when you “dumb down” the tv) -Trail issues and some blurriness even on 4K gaming. After doing a lot of research, I chose the Samsung over the LG mainly because of numerous burn-in issues reported with the LG. My problem with the tv is that it’s great for 4K films, but if you like watching sports, or even 4K gaming that contain any fast action, the tv is useless. It’s just not crisp, and becomes blurry. I’ve messed around with all the settings and turned off basically all the auto features, but it still doesn’t solve the problem. If you plan to use this to just watch 4k films, then this is a great product. If you plan to use your tv for any sports watching, pass on this tv.

I like the picture and the features of the tv but the sound is great

This tv is all that and a bag of chips! I had to mount on a stone wall above a fireplace with no ability to run wires invisibly. I am absolutely delighted with the product and it’s performance. The wire is there, but so tiny you don’t notice it unless someone points it out.

Amazing picture quality and extremely simple to hook up.

The set looks beautiful and the picture was beautiful. A few weeks after we installed it - the kids complained it had stopped working, and I unplugged everything & reconnected, and it came back to life. Now 3 1/2 months from purchase - the TV is dead - not a single sign of life, and Samsung is sending a technician out - their warranty they say is 1 year. The smart One Connect looks amazing, but your entire life depends on this little cable - now no one touches the cable, but the console box of the one connect, even when working has no light or anything to show it is on - this makes no sense to me.

Setup not bad directions need to state to use Samsung hub to connect every device and not connect everything to the AV hdmi ports old school. The controller lacks buttons for access to devices have to go through too many functions to get devices connected. Once setup is done it takes time to get used too. Love the true black & white

I absolutely love this TV and the 4K games I spend time playing on it. I had a few issues with some of the features, the way they were set up, but happy to know that I definitely invested in something more than I had originally bargained for. Great TV

The display is nice and bright. I like that there's a full picture as opposed to having a bezel edge around the TV. The single cable fiber optic cable is nice because there aren't a ton of cables hooked to the back of the TV. There's just one.

We had a Samsung for over 12 years that could still make us and everyone else say WOW. We loved it and it was gorgeous until we moved across the US. So we went with the new QLED. In the store it looked amazing but at home it is nice but doesn't seem to have the "wow" factor. A little disappointed for the money.

I have had this tv for a while and the quality is really good. The only concerns I have is the disconnection that happens with several of the apps we use and having to reboot to get back in.

I compared the Samsung with the LG OLEO tv. The reviews that I read discussed tv logo burn in on the LG . The Samsung was $600 cheaper and I did not notice the difference so I picked. The Samsung

Giving a two star becasue the picture is great when it works. This isn’t my second replacement onthis Tv. Constant issues. Wish I could return
