    The Frame met our expectations. We’ve had it almost a year and it’s been a really nice fixture in our living room. The art subscription is worth it, because you get to show some world class art pieces and The Frame really does them justice. Just remember to think about where the external box will go. We had to buy an AV wall box to hide it but it all turned out great.

    For more then 2 years I wanted to buy this tv so bad, so my living room could get a nice clean look. Tv is excellent, the art mode is epic. We receive lots of compliments. But the tv, oh boy! This tv is so modern and cool. We are a couple without kids on our 40s thinking about getting a videogame for a while… but we don’t need anymore with these tv. In fact we don’t need anything with this tv, even a fire tv or Google chome)

    We had some problems ordering through Samsung(they did not resolve). We then ordered from Best Buy and actually ended up with the same delivery team RXO. The delivery team from RXO was horrible again! However, the difference is the Best Buy Best and sales were absolution amazing at resolving an issue They provided customer service the way it should be. So impressed with the Best Buy team. We will never order directly from Samsung again. Thank you. Ps, geek sqad for frame TV, hands down the best@@

    Awesome. Art mode is unbelievable. Teens thought we got rid of the tv. Bezel is a nice touch. Elected for install service for our old plaster walls - the guys were great. Remote doesn’t keep synced with soundbar, but it’s an old soundbar.
