Love the Frame TV. Installation was decent but TV is 5 star!

Tv was broken as soon as we put it up it did not work. It made sense because the model was face down on the ground. This is my 3rd frame tv and the first broken one. They will not replace it I have to go through Samsung.

Good tv while it worked. Worked for 3 months then power cycle error message started popping up. Unplugging from power did not solve issue. Didn't buy GeekSquad coverage so will go to manufacturer for support.

Worked well enough for about two weeks, and then the random error messages, flashing LEDs and resets began. Just get an LG…

I recently purchased the Samsung 55” Frame Series QLED 4K from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier! The picture quality is stunning — the colors are vibrant, and the clarity makes everything look so real. The anti-reflection feature is a game-changer, especially in bright rooms. It practically eliminates glare. One of my favorite things about this TV is its slim, sleek design. It comes with a Slim Fit Wall Mount, and it looks like a piece of art when mounted on the wall. You can even display artwork when the TV is off, and it blends in perfectly with the rest of my decor. It’s both functional and stylish! I highly recommend this one if you're looking for a TV with amazing picture quality and aesthetic appeal. It has exceeded my expectations!

The Frame is an excellent TV with great visual performance. The anti glare coating is the best I have seen providing the best view during daylight hours. I really like the way it sits flat against the wall. The mount is a little tricky to get everything lined up and in the right spot however the template helps with that. The sound on the TV is much better than I thought it would be. We have it in a bedroom and do not need any additional speakers.

The TV itself is excellent. The picture quality is outstanding, the design is very elegant, and I am extremely happy with the product overall. However, my experience with the installation service was disappointing. The installation costs over $100, and the installer simply took the TV out of the box and mounted it on the wall. The cables were not organized, the area was not left tidy, and the box was not even removed—it was left in my home. For the price being charged, I believe the installation service should be much more detailed and professional. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to pay for the installation service again in the future, even though it is strongly recommended. The TV is excellent, but the installation service definitely needs improvement.

As a tv, it's great. The matte finish really helps cut down on glare, and the artwork mode when off makes it blend into the room beautifully. They really try to hide the fact that you have to subscribe to put artwork up though. I found an android app that allows you to put public domain artwork on the tv as photos, since that doesn't require a subscription. It's obnoxious that the main point in buying this over a different tv requires a subscription or a workaround. There is also limited customization of the home screen, which is flush with ads. This is not a crazy big deal since I spend almost no time on that home screen, but it is still annoying.

Love that it fits perfectly above our fireplace. Installed and hung it up all by myself (super dad abilities). The picture is perfect in full sunlight and low light. Easily works with AirPlay and love the art features.

My wife and I finally decide to purchase a large screen TV after years squinting to see captions on our 39" TV. We settled on the Samsung 55" Frame series and are extremely happy with it. The clarity of the picture, sound and ease of control is great. We had it mounted and the technicians that mounted it did a wonderful job. We would recommend this television to anyone thinkin go buying a new TV.

The monitor is decent, has great sound, easy to mount. The operation has a bit of a learning curve. It pairs with external devices quite easily. Not a fan of the OS. Buy a tag to keep track of the remote, or always place it in a spot that you will always put it. If you consider the Frame, ensure that you will take advantage of the separate box, or perhaps go for another set with all the internals.

The picture quality is clear, the sound is decent, and it’s easy to use. It works smoothly without any issues and feels reliable for everyday watching. Overall, it’s a solid TV that serves its purpose well and is worth it for the price.

An absolutely beautiful addition to our home. The profile is shockingly slim, and the picture quality is 100% acceptable for daily use. While the frame is likely not for gamers and shouldn't be the centerpiece of your home theater, it is an absolute delight in our great room providing great entertainment when in use and beautiful and diverse art when on standby. There is great flexibility in brightness and display, providing endless opportunities to set the mood. GREAT JOB SAMSUNG!

I absolutely love my tv. The picture quality and the antiglare have me singing for joy. My TV faces windows, so I always had a glimpse of what was going on in the street. Not a fan of the unintentional spy black mirror. The photo rotation and purchase of an additional frame make it look like just another piece of gorgeous artwork. I’m very pleased with my purchase even eight months later.
