Have owned many Samsung TVs over the years and have been very pleased with all of them including this one. Do like the way that this mounts to the wall and there is just one small cable that runs to the TV. Purchased this along with the Music Frame to supplement the audio from the built in speakers. That is the only issue I have is that the amount of sound coming from the Music Frame is so small that can hardly tell it is working (when using Q-Symphony). As for the ability to display artwork when 'turned off', not sure how often will take advantage of this feature.

This is an amazing TV. These are some of the few things we love about it.
1. Looks exactly like a painting frame that becomes a TV when we need it to. The art is truly terrific.
2. With smartthings, we can connect things like our nest cameras with the camera showing up on tv
3. Sound out of the box is clear.
4. Free from glares and we are able to watch it without issues in a brightly lit living room.
5. Love that there is only one wire from the TV to connect to power, HDMI etc through the one connect box.

great tv and many times guest see if with the background on it and ask where our tv went. My wife wanted looks and I wanted a bigger screen and this was a perfect compromise!

This looks beautiful on your wall. Have it professionally installed with the box hidden between studs and there's no wires that show at all. The Samsung Art is beautifully and the anti-glare gives you the ability to watch in a fully sunlit room. Framing it out is the icing on the cake.

We wanted a TV that hugged the wall and that was attractive, and this TV does those things. The picture quality is good too. We love being able to change the artwork.

This TV is one of a kind. I love the aesthetic of the TV and i personally think the Matte screen looks so much better than a standard TV. Absolutely beautiful TV.

Everything about it has been great except and exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that the UI is a little clunky to navigate, I have to do more work to find the menus that I'm looking for. But the reason I bought it was to have a tv that doesn't look like a TV and I had some one ask me why I have a cable coming from my painting, which was the best evidence to me that it does not look like a TV

A Great TV! I did my research and the difference between an OLED and a QLED did not seem to be a large difference except the price. I knew from experience Samsung made great products, so I went with the QLED. The TV has a great picture, and I am very happy with it.

I saved up for a year to buy this TV on black friday, and I have had it for about 3 months now. I really like the picture on it, it's crisp and clear and I actually like the mat finish on the screen because I have it in a bright room and it makes it a lot easier to watch things without glare during the day. It's exactly what I wanted for my old antique home to look more like art when not in use than a high tech gadget.
HOWEVER, it keeps dropping network connectivity. It's sporadic without rhyme or reason. I have dozens of wifi devices and every other one is working without issue...so it's definitely an issue with this TV. It's pretty dang annoying because it turns it into a giant brick that can't do anything. A quick Google search shows this appears to be a problem many other people have as well, and the only remedy they find is to hard-wire it to the network. Bummer. Not sure I will buy another Samsung after this.
Thank you for sharing your experience with Wi-Fi connectivity on your TV. This may be caused by a network issue. You might want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
2) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

Very happy with my Frame TV. Love the flush to wall mount, the one box, and the clarity of the picture when watching TV or movies, playing video games, and/or when displaying art.

Picture is good for QLED, but the Art work is almost life like. Great TV, overall pretty good for gaming (achieving 120 FPS). Hanging/setting it up can be big pain though. Would recommend having it done professionally.

Great TV with excellent features and outstanding picture quality. The AI features can make the system feel a bit sluggish at times, but aside from that, performance is solid and the overall experience is very good.
