Yeah, its pricey. My wife wanted it for her birthday because "its not the same". We all know the drill. I was gesitant to spend more than 2x compared to other options that "seemed the same". But i have to say, it was worth the money. Picture quality is perfect, both in art mode and when used as a TV. AI features and all the bells and whistles are actually useful. Quality is top notch all around (what id expect from samsung). Most smart TVs are annoyingly slow, this one is lightning fast. Buyers with young kids will understand the pain of it taking 5 minutes to get a show on. This TV is instant. If youre thinking of saving money on an older model or cheaper alternative because "its the same thing", dont. Its not the same thing.

Samsunge Frame tv 55inch - is wonderful, and LOVE the artwork. I really want to recommend our amazing salesman Alex- he was knowledgeable, and so customer focused. He was even able to change our delivery time.

Excellent TV and Great service from Best Buy as usual.

We have it placed above our mantle -- looks like a piece of art and the picture quality for TV viewing is incredible as well. Very happy with this purchase.
