I ador my frame tv. Makes my home look more put together and functional at the same time. AND my husband complemented even though we reduced the size of the tv itself

I bought the Frame Pro after reading quite a few negative forum posts, so I was a little hesitant. I even purchased the extended Geek Squad protection plan just in case. But so far, it's been far better than I expected. We have it in our open kitchen and dining area, where we mostly use it to display art, although we occasionally watch TV while cooking or eating. I also have it connected to my office setup, where I use it as a monitor for work and occasional gaming in 4k. It's been great for all three purposes. I can't speak to long-term reliability yet, but so far I'm extremely happy with the purchase. It's exceeded my expectations, especially considering some of the negative reviews I read before buying

Yeah, its pricey. My wife wanted it for her birthday because "its not the same". We all know the drill. I was gesitant to spend more than 2x compared to other options that "seemed the same". But i have to say, it was worth the money. Picture quality is perfect, both in art mode and when used as a TV. AI features and all the bells and whistles are actually useful. Quality is top notch all around (what id expect from samsung). Most smart TVs are annoyingly slow, this one is lightning fast. Buyers with young kids will understand the pain of it taking 5 minutes to get a show on. This TV is instant. If youre thinking of saving money on an older model or cheaper alternative because "its the same thing", dont. Its not the same thing.

Samsunge Frame tv 55inch - is wonderful, and LOVE the artwork. I really want to recommend our amazing salesman Alex- he was knowledgeable, and so customer focused. He was even able to change our delivery time.

We have it placed above our mantle -- looks like a piece of art and the picture quality for TV viewing is incredible as well. Very happy with this purchase.

You have to get a subscription for art. The picture that comed with the TV is so annoying unless you have a baby. It’s a painting of blocks. So obnoxious - intentional?
