Samsung is a terrible brand and this TV will be the last thing we purchase from them. The TV has an auto play feature for the "Samsung Smart TV Plus Recommendations" - it autoplays Fox "News". Every time we turned on the TV, it autoplayed Fox "News" whenever it was idle. Upon investigation, this feature can not be turned off very easily despite the number of customers that have complained about this feature. Samsung's own documentation does not give accurate instructions on how to turn it off. I had to contact Samsung support. The first support agent told me that this was not a function that could be turned off. When I escalated it to his supervisor, all of a sudden they were able to find a solution and remove it from our TV. They had to remote into our TV in order to do it! This is ridiculous, and frankly an unethical move on Samsung's end. The quality of the TV is not worth the headache.

I love it, I have a Samsung tv that is 15 years old. Never had one problem with it. I love the reliability of Samsung. I updated my tv so I could stream programs. I love love love my new Samsung

The old TV was from 20 years ago when there was a big backing. The Service Man handled it by himself and it took some planning. Saw what was needed…… and took his time and did it.
