Very disappointed with this particular tv.

This time not so much. Picture is great. Controls are impossible to figure out! We are using three controller to operate our new tv. After watching Netflix we have to turn the tv off and restart with a different controller. The tv has so many options and no manual!

To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download the Q60D TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the Q60D TV to download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.

It's tiny, very slippery, very touchy and poorly laid out. Designed by small handed small minded designers for small handed people with remarkable finger dexterity. No rubberized buttons or surfaces, I dont' like to rant, but it's that bad! I'm average with slightly large hands with some arthritis issue, but even without my personal issue, it's WAY too TINY and sensitive! Luckily I saved my OLD SAMSUNG remote that I will use with nice rubberized buttons and layout. Pretty sad to dis a decent tv over it's remote. It could be brighter too, At $396 I guess I'm happy with it and can recommend but any more than that I'd be returning it.
