    The Samsung TV is perfect for our needs. The purchase at Best Buy was seamless. The store representative was knowledgeable about all TV's and listened to our needs before pointing us to the ones we may want.

    Love my new 55” Samsung tv. Beautiful picture I like that the remote takes no batteries. Just charge it up. I would definitely recommend this awesome tv.

    The TV picture is fantastic, but learning to navigate the remote with no guide has been challenging to say the least. Two college educated people and after 1 1/2 weeks we are still struggling to figure out the functions, etc.

    The TV was ok for the first year. Has annoying settings that affected my husbands gaming. After a year it started to get a "dark" streak that has ballooned to a quarter of the TV. 2 year lifespan on a $800 TV is pretty bad.

    Biggest disappointment in a new TV!

    Great for daylight or well-lit room scenes, but scenes close to darkness are indiscernible! My old TV much better! (Watched Haunted Mansion and Batman movies; half the time I could not tell what was going on except what I could tell from dialog!) No manual in box, went online to finally find Brightness control, and it was already at maximum, so I’m hosed!

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q70C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      I see that you have already tried adjusting your image, but I did want to share the following adjustments with you, just in case:

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    Interface is cumbersome and not user-friendly. Remote is useless. Volume controls are weird. It randomly scrolls between screens and other connected devices. Instructions not helpful at all. Picture quality not worth what I paid. Will not buy another Samsung.

To further assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q70C TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q70C TV under QLED 4K TVs > C Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into the TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support.
