Poor Quality

Just get a very dark blue screen no images. Best Buy delivered it yesterday, no damage to box. Now I have to take it back off the wall and repackage and return it. What a waste of time and money. I have had Samsung TV's for years, including their highly rated plasma which I still have and love. However will be my last Samsung, why would I try again.
