I bought this TV as a companion TV to my Q9FN to play 1440p games on. 1440p and 480p fits better into 8K than into 4K, so upsampling does look a little better. I was pleasantly surprised at how bright this TV is, and how well the local dimming keeps the blooming in check. Although in game mode blooming is a lot more noticable, especially in HDR. After dialing in my prefered settings I must say that the Q900r is less colorful than my Q9FN, and the lower contrast ratio does give it that faded IPS look... it's just lacking that high contrast pop. But on it's own it definitely has a gorgeous picture, and the pixel density at 55" when sitting up close really helps make games look crisp. I bought the TV used, and I haven't found any noticeable blemishes, plus I think I won the panel lottery when it comes to DSE and vertical banding. Oh and the TVs gets really really really hot. Feels like sitting in front of a fireplace. Must be all those dimming zones in such a tight panel space. Still a great TV all around though.

We've had Samsung TVs in the past and love the ease of using the smart features on it. This TV is great. The picture quality of the 8K is amazing. Our Geek hooked it up using the ethernet connection, but we found the 5G wifi even better. The colors are vivid and picture sharp and clear. I'd highly recommend this top-of-the-line TV.

this qled 8k tv has a picture comparable to my 65 lg oled tv without the worry of burn in. i have directv and the picture is excellent. samsung needs to have a better remote larger and keys that light up. i also do not like how the apps appear on the screen when tv is turned on.the picture is as good as any tv on the market that i have seen. i use this tv in my bedroom.

This is a great TV, easy to use and terrific picture. The remote is also great and easy to use. The installers were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They made sure we were trained before they left.

Very good picture. Easy set up. The Samsung app takes some getting used to, not as user friendly as it should be. Also, as of this writing, Pandora does not work with the Samsung app. Each one says it's the other's problem and they're still working on resolving. Otherwise, no complaints.

This Samsung 8k tv has an excellent picture, even though there is no 8 k programming available yet. The upscaling of 4K content to 8k is good and well worth the price of the tv. I also have a LG 4k Oled tv, and the 8k provides a sharper picture, just waiting for 8k content now.

I love the picture on this TV. The 8k upscaling is cool. Bought this 8k TV as a way to future proof myself. Did the same with a 4 k Samsung TV 6 years ago. That TV is still going strong. Love the one connect. It's a great concept!

Great service. Deliverers took away old TV's from up three floors. I broke a plastic piece off the back of the TV. One must pull up the brakckets from their enclosure. I kept trying to pull them out. Vizio has a cneter stand which means that it can be placed on a furniture smaller than its span. This TV puts its brackets on the outside edges. One is now hanging over the top of the dresser on which it rests. Samsung should provide a center mounted stand and it should come separated. it should not be tuckied in the back fo the TV with people pulling on it until the plastic breaks.

Bought this for the bedroom. The picture quality is unbelievable. The colors on older movies just "pop." Highly recommend this TV.

Returned, To Best Buy Myrtle Beach. Very nice 8k television But did not like the three-quarter inch border around the edge for one, did not like the external box, for two. There was no place for me to put The box, could not hide the wires either but the picture was phenomenal. And the price wasn’t too bad, Replaced it with a Q 90 T, 4K. No external box and all wires concealed behind set.

Picture quality is amazing, the colors are bright, and the blacks are dark. Only issue is, my one connect box, well it didnt work, now i did buy open box, but as this is essentially the brain of the tv, i have no hdmi slots, which is fine since i stream 99% of everything, but waiting for a replacement one connect box from samsung, is a bit annoying, but as i said, this was open box, im sure any brand new tvs will not have this issue, so enjoy your new brilliant colored tv.

The Picture is great on this TV, my only complaint is that I lost the the ability to control the TV with the DVR remote, if there is a fix, please let me know

Best picture ever! So lifelike and the colors are rich and bold. Clarity is awesome. Yes a little expensive but so worth it!

I bought this 2200 after a few months down the line and drop the price by 600 my recommendation is to see when TVs were made vs older tvs

This is an excellent TV. I can't believe the clarity of the picture. If you are watching a baseball game and there is a closeup of a player, you can see all of the details in their helmets (sun glare, scratches, pine tar, etc.). The onboard processor is said to improve picture quality for programs that were not filmed in high-def. YouTube reviews of the TV say it really doesn't work. I disagree. I watched some movies on Amazon Prime that were from the 70s. They had not been remastered and looked very good. I was quite surprised.

The quality is nice asf!!!!! I've been playing PS5 and honestly compared to a 4K tv you can see the difference. Also easy to manage.

The Samsung 8K tv is amazing!!!!! Picture so detaileed access to tv apps easy . The tv makes set up very easy
