Dad came to visit from Mississippi to WV and loved my Samsung 77"oled S90. He has an older version 55" samsung and just kept talking about the picture on 77" so i bought the 55" 2025 edition and had delivered for xmas present. He has since text me at keast half dozen times praising the quality of tv and ease to set up. Samsung is and has been one of top smart tv choices and i made right choice with this 55" for xmas

Our recent purchase of a Samsung 55" Class S85F Series OLED 4K UHD SamsungVision AI Smart Tizen TV was an excellent choice for our home. It has the best picture of any television we have owned with many features. It had an excellent price?! My husband is enjoying watching the bowl games!

This TV is actually fire. There’s no glare at all, even when the room lights are on, and the black scenes look really deep — like you can see every detail without it getting washed out. Everything comes through super realistic, almost like you’re inside the movie. Overall, the picture quality is crazy good and it makes whatever I’m watching look way better.

TV is fantastic. Color is amazing. Easy to use with the app features. Geek Squad member set it all up for us and showed us everything. We love it!

The best TV I've ever bought the AI function in the TV is amazing

Best Buy does not price match as they promise. I purchased a TV and went in to have a price match within the return period. B & H had a better price by $50.99. The online/phone service said to go to the store and when I got to the store, they said they couldn’t process it and they told me to go back to online/phone team. I made the call while in the store and the first person disconnected the call after 30 minutes and the second one took over an hour. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours and in the end they said they couldn’t price match and they didn’t know why. At first they said it was open box but the store manager confirmed it was not open box and then they said well we’re sorry we can’t do anything, the store manager has to fix it. The store manager said he didn’t have the authority. The Best Buy phone team said, well there’s nothing we can do. Here is your case number and the store manager will have to do something. No resolution and no price match!!!!!! I hear from the staff in the store that the contract for this online phone service has been horrible and they can’t wait until it’s terminated because customers waste a tremendous amount of time and so do staff at the Best Buy store stores. Best Buy if you want to win in this marketplace stick to what you say you’re going to do, and hire staff that can resolve issues.

OLED TVs deliver high contrast and vibrant colors, and this one is outstanding. It has the whitest whites and blackest blacks of any TV I’ve owned before. Some 4K HDR content looks almost too real. An awesome picture. There is a fairly simple settings mode, but also has all the advanced settings available for those who want full control. The UI is pretty good. I do use it occasionally. I’ve been wanting an OLED TV for several years now. This one is a great TV. The picture is just awesome.

We have had our new TV for a about a month now and we love it. The picture is great...vivid and crisp colors and so many features. It comes with a very simple remote control and the unit is very light itself so it was easy to move. Setting it up was a breeze as well. Well worth the money spent. We have had Samsung appliances for years and we will continue sticking with this trusted brand.

This TV is my second purchase because I love the quality of the picture and crisp coloration. Samsung makes a great product and the installation was so easy.

Always been a Samsung house, this tv while only having it about a month now is great. We haven’t dug into all the bells & whistles yet, primarily used for streaming and gaming. Crisp, sharp colors, great sound (especially with the augmented environment sound feature), and is real easy to get up and running. Movies being streamed in 4K are sharp and the true black is key. Our old model was more grey and regardless of settings most colors were muted. Gaming using Switch, PS5, and Xbox are just as crisp and sharp. Tv handles PS5 so well. 60+ fps keeps it smooth and has zero lag. Sound, graphics, and the ability for the tv to adapt to gaming specific makes it a solid tv to use for this.

I really like this TV, easy to set up and easy to use, I returned a Sony that I did not like to bought this Samsung, great picture.

I love my new Samsung 55" OLED TV. The colors are brilliant and the black is intense. I'm still getting use to all the new features like Amazon Alexa and some of the other ones but I'm learning every day.
