I've only had it for 1 day, but it looks great on my wall and the picture quality is beautiful. Installation was pretty straightforward as long as you have the right tools (which I did). Setup was quick and easy. The TV is in a bright room and it shows well, even with the sun shining. Adding and configuring your own pictures is also simple.

This is our second The Frame. We have the 2019 version as well. I really love these televisions, and we purchased a bezel to fit this TV and it looks great. The two complaints are the operating system is not wonderful, just okay. The other is the ability to properly size and get family pictures on the television for display...its cumbersome and not as easy as it should be. There are some really great things as well, or else I wouldn’t have bought 2 of these: the single wire that is super thin and supplies the power and all the peripheral connections is awesome. The ability to hang it flat on the wall is great. I would definitely suggest buying this television.

This TV is amazing, my husband does not like complicated remotes or setup. This TV was easy to hang, easy to program, and mostly what we like is the quality of the picture. It’s a Smart TV and it’s the only kind we will but now.

This is a fantastic set up. I love that the hub box is run separately so the TV can be uninhibited by wires if you run it through the wall. The only tough part is if you run it sideways to a cabinet - you can have difficulties with the studs. Ideal do run the wire straight down. Overall the Tizen software is fantastic, picture quality is great but could be a touch brighter - maybe it’s a setting I need to adjust. A little pricey but looks great with a frame added (wish one was included).

This television is excellent ! easy to install and looks great once its up . There no gap wall bracket keeps the set tight to the wall and all of my customers seem to really love the set's . There is also and app that lets you take picture and upload them to the set .

We got this tv for the living room specifically for Art mode and the Flat Mount. If you want a tv in the living room but want it to disappear when it’s off and not have a giant black square on your wall.. THIS is the tv to get! This thing sits FLAT against the wall and absolutely changes the way TVs exist within a space when not in use. Art looks amazing! Noticeable brush strokes when up close, plenty of detail. Also allows loading your own photos via app or usb stick (research formatting and quality online, You’ll need high quality photos to look great . You cannot use matte effect on photos unless you add them before uploading) Not recommended for a game room, movie room, or cinema quality experiences. Price does not reflect picture quality of other Samsung’s. That said, 4K looks fantastic! We love the tv because it disappears when it’s off, all of the movie and tv content looks as good as any other cheaper 2020 televisions.

An amazing television with a very pleasant appearance. It goes great in my living room and I have not had any issues with it thus far. The wall mount allows the TV to lay flat against the wall.

It is a great tv when it works. After having the tv for 17 months, the tv got stuck in a reboot loop. Samsung support wanted to replace the main board and power supply board for the cost of around 1100 dollars. Since that is more than I paid for the tv, I declined. When I pay top dollar for a tv I expect it to last many years. Very disappointed.

Really cool product, and works perfectly mounted above a fireplace. Nice features, good picture, and surprisingly decent sound considering the low profile design. Remote is somewhat limited in terms of functionality.

I spent a lot of time reviewing the Samsung Frame Series TVs, and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is very easy to use and the art is fantastic. Overall very satisfied.

Great picture quality. Super Easy to install. Everyone who comes into our den thinks it's a painting or picture.

This is our third Frame we’ve added to our home. The art features are decent, but not fooling anyone. What we love is the zero gap mount (easiest thing to install ever), and the connect box that leaves just a nearly invisible tiny single cord to provide HDMI and power. These features take away the need to have power outlet and cable jacks installed behind where you want to hang it. The picture and sound are also fantastic by our standards (but we are not techies so make sure it has all the weird numbers etc that you need). Highly recommended by us!

The 55" Samsung Frame TV was easy to install. (Watch a Youtube video rather than try to follow the instructions.) We loaded a number of our own nature photos to display in art mode, and they look spectacular! The option to matte them virtually takes care of discrepancies in the aspect ratio between the screen and the photo. Though some people find they want to add a sound bar, we find the TV's sound to be fine, and the picture is wonderful. We've hung the TV over our stone fireplace and having the art mode available when the TV's off really complements the decor.

SO! We were "wowed" by this FRAME ART idea and went for it after a demo at the store! We did originally purchase the membership of downloadable ART as well for our new toy! The TV is GREAT, typical good quality of a Samsung for sure! And the Art is clear and quality depending on artist and size. We ended up finding a great deal of free downloadable Art online so we cancelled membership. Still very happy with the TV and picture quality and the novel idea of having a lovely "framed" piece of art displayed on the screen while not watching the TV!

We love, love, love it. The quality of the picture is remarkable. We've had several people comment with amazement when we told them it was TV and not the actual art. Then there's the actually TV performance, it too is spectacular in visual as well as sound quality. We love the One Connect as well, so easy and convenient to hide the wire, which adds to the affect! Oh, and we got it on sale, nearly 50% off MSRP.

Value is based on whether you want it to primarily be a piece of decor or a television. We watch TV sporadically and wanted to avoid a black hole in our living room. We were willing to pay more to get something that fit flush against the wall and would allow us to display photos or art when not in normal use. We also wanted a frame that wasn't black. On that basis, it is worth the premium we paid. If television usage is your focus, you may want to look at a different model. There are higher quality/less expensive options.

I like the idea of this TV but I returned it: 1. Home function failed after one week. Basically, you get a blank screen. Calling Samsung support to reset remotely is not a solution. Imagine doing that every time it happens. First, you have to convince them it's not a remote problem. 2. Motion sensor is flaky. 3. Very little memory for your pictures as another reviewer indicated. Come on Samsung, you made lots of SSDs. I have lots of them. You should at least put a 512G on this TV. 4. Picture quality is not as good as other cheaper Samsung TVs. I have 2 other 82" and 65" Samsung. Samsung, fix them in your 2021 Frame TV model. Quality is not consistent in 2020. Others may have better luck.

Easy setup, nice flat mount, great picture. Sound great with addition of a Bose sound bar and subwoofer

Excellent picture and really neat idea, but poorly executed. The software is finicky. You really have to want the digital picture on the wall, which I do. And it's a great TV. Just pricy for what you get.

Finally got this installed in our living room as renovation is almost completed. Love how classy and elegant it sits above the fireplace replacing our old Bombay picture frame, and the flexibility of choosing what picture to display on the screen. The picture and the sound quality of the TV are also really good. Surprisingly easy install of the frame or border as they just snap like magnet on the TV.
