Customers regard the 55" Class The Frame Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV as a beautifully designed TV with great picture quality. They appreciate its easy setup and the ability to hang it flat on the wall. However, some customers have concerns about its price, limited remote control functionality, the size of the one connect box, durability issues, and short lifespan.

Fits tight to the wall and when you put picture frame around the displayed artwork it looks like a real picture. The screen is big and clear and the remote control is easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I feel like it's worth every penny I spent on it

This picture frame tv is a beautiful addition to our vacation home. It is unobtrusive to the room and adds a very nice touch with the pictures it displays.
The tv is also very high end in its delivery from the internal internet connection to the small control box that is easy to hide.
Glad we purchased this tv and Best Buy had the best deal.

This is a great tv! We’ve done our research and have wanted this tv for a while. I love how it looks like a photo when it’s turned off and just blends so well with the rest of the decor. It’s great to be able to use different photos or paintings from so many different artists for whatever mood you’re in. The tv looks great and works really well!

It does all the modern telvision-y things it should do. The flush mounting system with the hidden wires really does lend itself to looking like a framed piece of art on the wall. The sound isn't overwhelmingly good, but it's fine. Get a supplemental sound piece if you need more.
It comes with the no gap wall mount, so don't let best buy sell a second one too you.

Overall it met our expectations. The smart TV functions are great & easy to use. The One Connect is phenomenal. Having one thin wire to hide and not needing a power outlet on the fireplace was a home run! The Frame TV art work make the room look so much better than just a black screen when not in use. Only issue is the TV is with the light reflection from open windows during the day. Again over all we are very happy with this TV.

Picture quality is very good. Would like to see more choices in the free art gallery. Had to buy another mounting bracket as my studs are on 24" centers. Wish the included bracket allowed for that.

Great picture and sound quality. Most of the art doesn’t look realistic in the evening light otherwise a great tv. It seems like smaller models look more realistic (we got a 55”).

Love this TV! Great picture quality and the rotating art is awesome. Love that it auto detects when there is movement.
The super thin bezel and frame are so cool. I only wish we would have had the ability to fully hide the cable in the wall, but it is super thin do not a big deal.

Beautiful! This tv is absolutely gorgeous. I am beyond obsessed with the art mode that allows the tv to look like a framed picture. I’ve had people walk into my living room and absolutely loose their mind when I tell them that that “picture” over there is actually a tv!

It is discouraging to make a decision to go with a higher-end TV and pay for the professional installation only to have it not working less than 7 days later. At this point waiting for Best Buy Geek Squad to come for evaluation.
The remote is different and honestly I don't think the Geek Squad paired my remotes accurately. I have to do a 3-ring circus act to get the TV on or off.
On the good side - when the TV was working, the picture was amazing! I hope to get it back up and running soon.

Love the TV. Also, was advised you can’t put the one connect box behind a wall and come to find out you can. The art gallery is alright. I wish there were more options or if you were able to Manipulate your matte on uploaded photos. Overall very happy I got the 55inch

was mislead a little on the wiring to the tv.. wasn't able to down load all the free pictures only two..on 55 frame tv. on the 65 qled one movement a little fuzzy.. pointed it out to tv setup tech. inform me it was the movie or tv show and not the tv? the instructions for both tvs are not included. tried to go online and print them out. nothing was available to print out. so a little in the dark on how to change volume and color settings

If you want a TV that reliably works, stay far, far away from the Samsung FrameTV. The problem is in its inability to maintain a connection with WiFi, which it needs to be functional. After setting it up, it worked fine and the picture was nice. The next day, however, it wouldn’t connect to the internet when I turned it on. I reset it to the factory setting, reset and reinstalled everything, and it worked great. Until the next day. And the next, and the next, and the next...you get the idea.
I called AT&T, my internet provider, and they made some adjustments to my router, but it did no good. I already new that wasn’t the issue, because I have an old Samsung Smart TV in another room that runs on an older operating platform that connects seamlessly to my WiFi every time I turn it on. I’ve never even had to think about my WiFi with that TV beyond initial set up.
So, I called Samsung (you can imagine how long that took on hold) and they ultimately sent out their service tech. He ran diagnostics and found 115 errors on my brand new TV that had been out of the box and installed for only 2 weeks.
The Samsung tech (who works only on Samsung) said the techs have been complaining about this same issue to the company because they see it all the time, but Samsung won’t fix it. Instead, they blame the customer’s router. And the recommended fix for the techs is to replace the main board IN A BRAND NEW TV. Yes, that’s as ridiculous as it sounds. The Samsung tech said replacing the main board only has a 50/50 chance of solving the problem, and he has one customer who has had him come out for the disconnection issue 7 times, and that’s with the main board replaced and a new TV replacement by Samsung.
The Samsung tech straightforwardly told me that there’s no way a brand new TV should have 115 errors in 2 weeks, and that I’d be better off returning the Frame before my return period expires and just get a different TV altogether. He said the issue is with the Samsung software, which they have no intention of fixing. So even the guy who works for Samsung has zero confidence in the quality of this product.
If you are lured in by the sleek look, the flush mount, and the prospect of having a piece of art on your wall instead of a black rectangle, just ask yourself how happy you’ll be having to unplug and reset the TV or return it to factory settings and set it up all over again every time you turn the stupid this on. Oh, and when the service tech comes over, be prepared to take it off the wall because they won’t look at it if it’s hanging. All the hype that it’s the #1 TV that interior designers recommend? That interior designer won’t be on their hands and knees unplugging and replugging and resetting your TV for you night after night, day after day.
I returned it to Best Buy along with a 50” Frame TV that I bought for another room and never unboxed (thank goodness.) I’ll be replacing it with an LG Gallery OLED, which mounts flush to the wall and has way better picture quality. And if I want art, I’ll just stick a painting over it.

Picture quality and built-in speakers are surprisingly good. You can probably get slightly better picture quality on OLED or whatever, but it's great on this tv and what you're really paying for with this TV is the sleek frame-like design - which it nails.

After just over a year and of course just after the warranty had expired, the OneConnect box died. The TV is now stuck in a reboot loop. Apparently a pretty prevalent issue that afflicts Samsung products. Shortest TV lifespan I’ve yet to experience. Cool TV, terrible reliability.
