decided to change from regular tv to "the terrace" for outside viewing on my covered lanai. great picture. would definitely recommend.

The Terrace TV is easy to setup and has held up in the weather very well so far.

I started with the peerless and upgraded to this. I’m used to looking at Oled or full array led tv’s and this did not disappoint. It’s pricy.

Appraiser came out to assess what I needed. He pulled together a quote, which I received but did not review in detail before ordering. The discounted package arrived to be installed by Geek Squar, but was missing the Sonos soundbar that I had discussed with the appraiser. The gook squad installers did not look at the bracket to make sure that it extends beyond a window and then turns 90 degrees so that we can see is when on the outdoor sofa. The installation was a big complicated so he asked if he could take a larger drill to get through the metal under the stucco. He said he didn't want to "shred the side of the house without permission." After he drilled huge holes into the side of our stucco exterior, he announced to me that the bracket could not do what I had explained was needed. He then said he personally would track down the appraiser that evening and get back to me the next day or two, and that I'd be getting an email from Best Buy about next steps. I asked and received his name and phone number. I waited a day and called him. He didn't answer, so I left a message. It is now 5 days later and he still hasn't called me back, nor have I gotten a contact from Best Buy about this situation of how it will be rectified. My concern is the timing of the fix, the fact that this Geek Squad guy said that the bracket I need is more than three hundred dollars and that no, it cannot be discounted as the other one was; and that to hold up a heavy, 55 inch outdoor TV will require new holes if we have any expectation that the TV will not fall off the house. We have a large backyard party next weekend... who will fix the holes in our stucco?

Absolutely love my Samsung Terrace TV. It is the first outside TV I have owned that really works in a partial sun location.
