Customer Ratings & Reviews

I've been using my Samsung U8000F TV for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with my TV. It works very well on T-Mobile Home Internet which is a plus because the sntenna reception I get from my indoor antenna is not bringing in many channels although I plan to update that antenna. The channel that are received through the antenna look good. I particularly like the fact that some pictures look almost 3-dimensional which makes the people stand out from the backgrounds. The volume was'nt very loud at first but I learned from the internet that the volume button must be pushed upward to raise the volume or downward to lower the volume. The volume can be increased quite a bit by doing this but I chose to add a Samsung S50B soundbar via the e arc HDMI connection which works well. I used a different HDMI connectoon for my DVD/VCR Hybrid connection. I've had good luck downloading apps but theres not much storage for them and some pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled. Thats so of many Smart TVs these days. I getting my evening local channel news live using the Samsung Plus app. Youtube comes in bright and clear as shown in my picture. I' m well pleased with my Samsung TV.

This TV has high quality pictures and very easy to set up. Has a good sound quality as well and it is ‘VERY SMART’. It a lot of free channels, easy to navigate or play around between apps. Easy to download your favorite apps. Samsung is the best!

I just bought this TV for my bedroom and was amazed at the picture quality I already have Samsung in my living room and wanted the same quality of picture in my bedroom too, I have it connected to a Samsung 3.1 soundbar because the sound out of the tv is not as great.but overall it’s the beast deal in that price price point.

It’s a nice tv , big screen, light weight and the quality is HD. Might need a sound bar for the best experience.

excellent television my second Samsung tv used primarily for gaming and connecting my desktop to it

Item received was as described. It's easy to use, easy to maneuver between programs. The color quality is very good and I'm enjoying the TV.

Overall I love the product because it is simple to set up ands has a beautiful picture. I’ve had two lg tv’s before this one and neither one lasted for no more than two years. I’m expecting this one to last for years to come without any major issues. I feel that it’s made with quality materials that will be lasted

Very good TV, only problem is trying to load apps on the main screen to replace the ones I don’t use (HBO instead of YouTube for example). I could be missing something to add it. All in all great TV

Ordering and picking up this TV at Big Buy was so quick and easy. The price was great and quality of the TV is amazing! Looks great in our space it is so thin and the picture extends to the edges.

I really don’t have any complaints about this tv. It’s been great for us. It’s just our living room tv we use to stream and it does the job. Only giving four stars because I know there are tvs out there that have a much clearer picture, but we don’t need that level of clarity when casually watching tv

Hands down one of the best quality tv's i have ever owned. Crystal clear picture, great sound, and perfevt size at 55"!

Easy set up, beautiful screen. Very happy with it! I like the Samsung tv channel. An upgrade compare to our small model tv we had before!

The Samsung 55" Class U8000F UHD 4K Smart TV is a great high quality product that is very affordable. Great quality picture and features. This product is a great buy for anyone looking for a quality TV that is affordable.

I absolutely love this television. It's got The best picture I've ever seen on a television! The features are awesome! The fact that it is a Samsung just made it all worthwhile

I’m loving the picture quality that its giving how fast the tv works compared to my other older Samsung TV’s I might switch out the one in my room to this one as I bought this Tv for my son in his room

We are loving it ! Great picture and sound - Mounted outside - great for outdoor entertaining and summer nights

Not likely the remote too small and no numbers to use

This set is a perfect solution for master bedroom. Picture is sharp, very good audio Control easy to master.

Bought this to use on our deck. Great picture. Light enough to roll in and out on a rolling tv stand.

Great picture, great price, sales associate was helpful but not pushy!
