This is my 2nd Frame Tv. Love them. When my other TV’s go out they will be replaced with the Frame.

I purchased the Samsung Frame 55” TV during the “Presidents’ Day “ sale. I purchased the Best But Total Tech as well. The Frame TV offers the Art Store feature which I believe is unique to this TV. The Geek guys delivered and installed the TV. I am very satisfied with both the TV and the Best Buy team. Thank you all.

Beautiful color, easy to attach. Very happy w my purchase.

A little bit fiddly to install so the corners line up perfectly. Go slow, don't force anything, and you'll be fine. Once it's in place it makes The Frame look so much better. Feels a bit expensive at full price; on sale I was very happy with the value.

Meh, nothing special after the wait. could be larger, looks like a basic low cost frame.

It needs it to make the product complete. Should have come in original box though. Too expensive full price

Buffered every 2-3 minutes at first so I could watch nothing. Geek squad came and recommended different router. It worked.

I give 4 stars as the wood is so fragile and costs so much.

Arrived broken did not realize that i did not have 30 days to exchange, best buy tried to sell me a membership to complete the return within the 30 days which i refused...then the said they would process the return but I had to talk to the online seller....did not realize i didn't buy from best buy. The seller gave me the runaround blaming best buy and ultimately just said the claim was resolved without doing anything. I had to contest with my bank.

The item did come damaged the first time with a crack in the frame. After some time on the phone with BB they did ship a replacement. Second time around all was good.

This a beautiful looking television. Picture is great and it looks nice on my wall.
