I had a Vizio 55” that had the black screen of death, so it was time to get a new TV. After a lot of research I ran into this one at Best Buy. There were no reviews, so I was a little hesitant but decided to take a chance. I absolutely love this TV. The picture quality is amazing! It almost has a 3D effect. The apps are great and even had Apple TV app, which was a huge plus!! For under $400, this TV was a steal!!!!

Easy to use, many apps available, compatible with Satellite and Cable. Free live tv with internet. Great picture.

Since these TVs have been coming down in price over the past several years there is a whole myriad of newcomers to the game. I can tell you right now that Samsung is still the best game on the street. The value is there even if it’s a few dollars more than an inferior competitor. Very easy to set up, very user-friendly. I linked it with my Google home assistant and I turn it on and change the channels with my voice even if... even if the remote is nearby, LOL. You won’t be disappointed.

We have had a 42" Panasonic Plasma flat screen for the last 10 years that we thought had a beautiful picture and color but the audio would cut out for about a second or two every once in awhile, and it became so annoying. Saw this 58" Samsung, read the reviews and the Q & A's, price was great (researched, best price here at Best Buy), but we were hesitant to get a Smart TV. So I refused the Google Assist that was free, and purchased the TV. Setup was realatively easy. Had some issues connecting our network wirelessly so we connected the network cable and it all went well from there. I set the picture to DYNAMIC as other reviers had done, and changed the sound. I cannot get over the quality of the picture. It's as if you are there in person. Even older movies upconvert. I've seen Groundhog Day a dozen times, but watching it on this tv was like watching it at the movies. The Ultra HD is incredibly clear. The sound is great from the tv speakers. We have an older Yamaha sound system , but we haven't gotten that to work yet. We added a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse to surf the net, to search You Tuve videos, and just to make it easier for typing. The tv fits perfectly on our tv stand, thanks to all the reviewers who posted measurements. There is enough room between the bottom of the tv and the stand, to slide componets under like our fire tv box. BTW, with this tv you no longer need the Fire box or stick if you have Prime. There is an app for that. There are so many extra chanels, and apps that just make it a great tv. We "cut the cable" years ago, picked up a great $40 antenae from Amazon, subsribed to Prime, and at times to CBS all access. We also got a subscription with Hulu for $1.99 a month for a year recently. So we were set. All of these apps are on the tv; didn't need to download. We have had it only 4 days, so let's see how fast the amazement wears off. So far, we are loving it!

Probably one of the best TVs I have ever bought. I had been looking into a new TV for awhile and I am glad I chose this one. The setup was really easy when it came to connecting it to the WiFI. The picture quality is crisp and doesn't have this blur to it that other TVs might have. The fact that I can connect all my streaming apps to my TV is great compared to watching it on the laptop. I recommend this Tv to anyone who is looking for a great TV for a great price.

Easy to set up and color is good. Like the size for room it is in. Have the same unit in a smaller size in another room.

I’m always a fan of Samsung TV’s as this is my 5th big screen by then. We replaced our older 55 inch Samsung with this new one and the picture doesn’t disappoint but I wish it had Bluetooth capability. I have a sound bar with Bluetooth and was hoping I would be able to connect the two without any wires but no such luck. My 75 inch Samsung has it but it’s a more expensive model so it could be that this lower priced model just doesn’t offer that option. Otherwise, it’s a solid tv for the price.

Have had my old TV, never a problem in the 12 years we owned it. It was a 43” and at the time was big enough and worked for us. With all the deals lately on bigger TVs with lots of newer features, it was time to shop. Read lots of reviews and the likes and dislikes and this one had the fewest dislikes and most of those were for the stand. No issues since setting it up and hope it gives us the service life we had with our last TV.

The picture quality is great! One of the coolest features is that if you are using an over-the-air antenna for DTV, it will seamlessly integrate the OTA channels with the IPTV (internet) channels. Also, it seems to get a TV guide from somewhere, not sure if that is OTA as well or wifi. It also controls my soundbar through the ARC inteface on the hdmi port which is really cool. One remote to rule them all.

Purchased this television a few weeks ago and really couldn't be happier. The set up was very easy (my teenage son did it while I was at work) and the picture is bright and sharp. I was able to use an existing Vizio sound bar so that was easy also. There are obviously better tv's out there but I would highly recommend this set for anyone that isn't looking to spend a large amount of money but is looking for a quality product.

This TV was easy to set up out of The box and fast as well. The color and picture is great. The sound/ speakers are poor if using in a larger room but works well with my Samsung sound bar. It has ample connections for most anything you want to connect to it. Although it is last years model, I could not see enough difference between it and the current year model to spent the extra $150. Great price, great quality, and no buyers remorse here.

Picked this up after my very first LED tv, which was 7 years old, developed an issue. What a difference! The latest TVs are so light, hanging it was a one-man job! The picture is great. Only issue is the sound when using a non-samsung audio system. Sound cuts in and out often, which I've read is an ongoing issue. Tried HDMI-ARC and optical outputs with the same results. Other than that its been great.

I’m so happy to have chosen this Samsung smart TV and the size! I had the awesome Geek Squad install it on the bedroom wall and it’s like a personal theater! Love the apps like Apple TV and Xfinity beta that Samsung is on the forefront with. You can’t beat the value and user friendliness of all that Samsung offers in their TVs. I also purchased the Best Buy extended warranty and...well worth the peace of mind!

You get what you pay for. That being said if this is your first upgrade in years, then this TV is what you need. At 58” it fits perfectly in regard to size, and looks, the smart TV options are up to the standards, and way above the price range, w/ Samsung TV Plus for free, Premium streamers app’s already installed and operating at a console level. Audio is loud and good enough to get the Police called on you, and is clear enough to actually enjoy what you are watching, again no Sound bar needed if this is your first upgrade in years.

I upgraded my old 50 inch Samsung that I bought about 3 years ago for this new and bigger 58inch. The price was very good, $358, and this new version has Apple AirPlay!! It also has every streaming service available to download. I rarely use my cable box any more because everything I could need and watch is in the tv.

Great picture and it was easy to setup. The directions were easy to follow and the TV walks you through the necessary steps. The features for the price are terrific.

We were looking for a big screen TV to place on top of our media cabinet. Something that looked svelte enough when it's not on. Almost like an empty canvas. This TV does it: its black thin frame with a very small and discrete logo is what we were looking for. And then, when it's on... well, it's a Samsung Smart TV..., so great quality. Also, we had it delivered by Best Buy at our home during COVID times, and the delivery was perfect (scheduled, on time, delivered inside our garage, no contact). Make sure you read carefully the "unpacking instructions" in the box. It's very smartly packed, but you need to read it to avoid dropping your TV to the floor...My only complain is not so much about the quality of the TV but about the "Smart" portion of it: with such a beautiful unit, it's fair to say that we watch more TV than before, but sometimes it becomes difficult to remember in which app is the content we want to watch (was I following this TV series in Prime, or in Sling, or in Hulu or....?) I would really like a real smart TV that could provide me seamless access to all my content... Like, a single portal that identifies all my subscriptions and sorts out all the content available to me... but yeah, I don't think that exists yet, not with Samsung, or any other smart stick... Very happy anyways!
