I cannot say for sure what this range is like as I have not received it yet. What I can say, is although we did get a nice store-matching price, the service has been subpar and irresponsible: our delivery date was changed without even asking us, only informing us on the day before our scheduled delivery; at which time mind you, we were expecting an email with the four-hour window. So, I called the Geek Squad and waited 15 minutes on hold, only to reach India with a connection that only allowed every fifth word to be transmitted. So, I had to call back - again. This time, the agent used the familiar, "I know how you feel" line to placate our displeasure, without even offering a genuine reason for abandoning our scheduled appointment. I asked for an explanation. However, instead of receiving a reasonable answer from a reasonable customer service agent, I received scripted lines that had little to no merit.
We are fair people: if you were to call and say, "Hey, we ran into a scheduling conflict, could we reschedule you for..." We would surely understand and graciously reschedule our installation. But not a phone call, not a text message, only an email arriving on the day before the delivery, causing us not only to reschedule but take another day to sit around and wait, announced the change of dates.

Gets hot fast, seems to melt pizzas weird so the cheese slides off and burns in the bottom. Wifi is a cheap gimmick, can't preheat unless tou are standing there.

Overall I would recommend this range. but there are a couple of things that I do not like about it.
The aluminum of the double burner started to discolor after a couple of days and the central burner flame is not as high as the others.
Moreover, even though it has an air-fryer oven, it does not come with an air fryer tray, which has to be bought separately.

I bought this stove right before thanksgiving. To make sure i had a oven to make dinner. Two days after delivery the control panel went out. Since it was the holiday i was limited what i can do. I had to personally take it to exchange it. It was horrible. Now 2 months later the control panel is out again and Samsung is giving every excuse not to fix it. Its my second stove in 2 months. Somethinh clearly is wrong with the control panels but they blame it on everything else.

My wife really likes this stove. Different burners for different uses, and wifi connection for the oven. Heavy duty cook top is great for canning, especially with the oval center burner.

Love my GAS range!!! Old one was old and nasty. I had to get a new one before the government bans the sale of gas ranges. Matches my refrigerator perfectly. Going to start looking at a matching microwave.

I love how fast it heats up and having the griddle burner is the best however the video said the air fryer rack was included and it was not. I'm not sure where I can find one.
