Only criticism is that I did not receive all the manuals that should have come with the appliance. I had to go into the store to request the other manual parts. The Service I received at Best Buy for this transaction was excellent.

Super impressed with how fast the oven heated up. I had barely get all of the ingredients in the bowl to mix and the oven indicated it had reached the temperature.

However the company that is in charge of changing parts found an excuse and did not change the parts. They suggested I should purchase a new one. It is more expensive to fix it than to buy a new stove. Don’t buy this model. It is cheap and the service is horrible.

I was especially impressed with Geek Squad delivery personnel. I haven't had an opportunity to make full use of this appliance as yet but plan to review manual. I think it will prove to be a good choice.
