Delivery was fine, great communication on arrival time. Quick in and out but the customer I purchased this for hardly had time to look it over. Seemed too rushed but I get it more deliveries to make.

I've had this model for two weeks now and learned enough to write about it. It's a good range that performs very well and has some VERY nice features. There are a few smaller negative issues though you may want to be aware of. I'll go into them first and then the good things.
The single digital display is a bit limited in that it'll show you the temperature when the oven is in use, but not the time. Not a big deal, but a display that could show more information on an oven with so many features would make more sense. Also, there is NO MANUAL! You need to download the manual online and then print it out or read it on your computer/phone/tablet. All that comes with it is a safety guide and quick-start guide.
The oven is exceptionally large but only comes with two racks. Additional racks by Samsung are over $100. That's too much money for a stainless steel rack that feels a little on the flexible side. My old oven's racks felt more solid. The oven can easily hold three racks of food in shallow baklng pans and should have an additional rack. The larger oven makes for a smaller storage drawer on the bottom. It's shallow enough that you really can't fit much in there. A large cast-iron skillet with lid and I have trouble getting it open and closed. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of.
The oven seems to throw off more heat than I'm used to. My old oven would obviously throw off heat from the vent when the oven was in use, but his oven throws off quite a bit more heat, quickly heating up the kitchen. It's the only reason I didn't give the review five stars.
Now for the good features.
The large power burner is very powerful. The smaller power burner is also strong. The lowest setting on the large one is still pretty hot and you won't want to use the low setting expecting to just keep something warm because it will be hot! Also, the grates make a continuous even surface where pots can be placed anywhere on it and feel stable.
The oven heats up fast. The bread proofing feature and dehydrate are very nice. I bake a lot of bread, and dough rises nicely in the oven (be wary because dough will rise faster than you'd expect). The oven is also VERY LARGE. You can put a whole turkey on one rack and a casserole beneath it. You can bake four loaves of bread on one rack (sideways, two in front and two in back). It's a BIG oven. That is why it was so disappointing to only get one rack (and Samsung charges a lot for an additional one, and it's hard to find). The Wifi and Alexa integration is nice. You turn that on with the push of a button and can adjust temperatuire. You can't turn the oven on with it (a wise safety feature), but you can turn it off or adjust the temperature, which is handy. The convection lets you make nice roasts. I made a tray of baked chicken that was nicely roasted, and an additional tray of roasted potatoes.... all at the same time. Very nice! The oven also looks nice and is easy to operate
I could recommend this even with the minor issues becasue it seems to cook very well.

Control Panel broke after 2 years.

2 years and the control panel doesn't work. Start button does not work and with the wifi control from the phone the only thing you cant do is start the oven. it will cost $124 just to have geek squad come out to diagnose the issue and give me a list for parts and labor cost. I knew i should have bought the simple oven with knobs instead of a computerized control panel. Never again.

Timer sound is horrible

The sound of the “dinger” is horrible. Loud, goes on forever and hard to turn off. I love this stove but the sound is so bad I have considered returning it.

Poor Finish quality causing paint to chip on range top at grill contact points. Samsung says it is our problem and will not take responsibility . Range is 7 months old. BEWARE!
