    After almost one year using that appliance, I can tell you with property, I'm really disappointed with that gas range. The stovetop looks like great when it is new, but it is hard to clean with stove cleaning products, and the grates don't support the normal high temperature. That is peeling now. The stovetop is plaint of unremovable stains... I bought a stovetop cover to try to keep it clean and prevent more damage.

    Bought this as an open box. It was brand new, returned by someone that bought the wrong oven. That being said, when I bought it it was in brand new condition. When it was delivered it was wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap so I couldn't see it tell the condition. Opened it days later to see it was scratched and dented almost everywhere. They did make the return process easy. But now I have to buy a new one. And this won't get the labor day sale that I would have gladly took over a discounted dented one Id later return. Live and learn and don't buy floor models. They don't get the same shipping treatment.

    This gas stove was a gift for my parents. They could not be happier. It was delivered quickly, we were able to set up without issues and it is just a beautiful addition to their kitchen. Best Buy had the best prices to boot!

    This item is rated poor because it was bought brand new and its never been used and the back burner doesn't work and it's been under 30 days and best buy never fixed or replace. The product is defective

    Don’t recommend this product the touch panel gets frozen you have to unplug it to reset the handles are breaking

    Love this stove. Cold very evenly in the oven. Easy to clean. 5th burner comes in handy. The only draw back is the knobs break easily. But that's an easy fix.

    What a great range! The burner control is excellent, it is easy to clean, it looks great, and it has done a great job on everything we have asked it to do! This was our 4th Samsung appliance and it has not disappointed. Our first Samsung appliance about 10 years ago was a dishwasher that was a disaster, it didn't work well and Samsung did nothing to correct it. Then we took a chance on a highly rated Samsung washing machine and it has been outstanding. Next was a refrigerator that had an issue with the ice maker, but once I installed the free updated ice maker Samsung provided - that fridge has been perfect in every way. We then purchased this range and as I have said, it is excellent. We also purchased a Samsung gas dryer when we purchased this range and that too has been outstanding!! I think it is safe to say, Samsung is our brand of choice for the future because even when they do not get it right, the circle back around and make corrections after the sale. To bad all vendors do not do so.

    Very nice, the slide in model gave an enhancement to our kitchen look. Burners are very good. WiFi feature is added bonus, easy to connect to your phone and can operate the oven easily.

    Although new to this product, there are many features I am liking already: 1) hassle free installation (fit right into current space), 2) highly sleek design, and 3) easy to use touchpad (note: one con is that the touch pad can be overly sensitive). Looking forward to using wi-fi and voice command features.

    It’s a great cooking range, with perfectly placed 5 burners. They are sufficiently far away from each other to be able to cook separate things. It’s easy to clean and has wifi connectivity for very basic features

    We've had the range for 3 months and the panel just stopped working. It's on but none of the buttons work. I thought maybe we somehow locked it and looked through the manual, but nope, it just addresses the lock button (which you're supposed to press 3 seconds to turn on and off) but this is something else because NONE of the buttons work. I just read several other reviews on here about the exact same thing. Wish we had read these before buying this! So disappointed.

    Great replacement stove

    Great replacement for old range that had controles for over at the back. No more reaching over hot pans to adjust or start the oven or read the settings. This one has clear easy to read controls. I Had to get used to the different burner confederation with both high burners in front. This stove does not have the griddle burner in the center. The gridle that comes with the stove that has the griddle burner is to small. I have my old griddle that goes over two burners. I use the center and back left burners and it works great. Note where your gas line comes in. The old stove had a large opening in the back for gas lines. A three inch ledge took care of this problem moving the stove three inches forward. This did not effect the kitchen at all. By using Best Buy no second party was need to install the cas and convert to LPG.

    Exactly what I was looking for. Priced competitively, materials have proven to hold up against daily use wear and tear, oven heats quickly and precisely, burners are powerful and sensitive to adjustment. Easy to clean from top to bottom. I have not had the issue others report with loud fan noise - the fan certainly runs while and after the oven has been in use, but no rattle and it is not offensively loud. Great stove, very glad I purchased. Best Buy installation and haul-away was an added plus.
