The stove is all around great except for the knobs. I would not recommend this. Two of them have broken off very easily, and I have tried to order replacements which are on back order from the company. It’s been months that I have not been able to use two of my main burners. As for this reason, I do not recommend this stove at all.

The stove had a burned spot in the oven,it is in the photo. Otherwise it seems to be a great stove and microwave

This gas stove was a gift for my parents. They could not be happier. It was delivered quickly, we were able to set up without issues and it is just a beautiful addition to their kitchen. Best Buy had the best prices to boot!

After almost one year using that appliance, I can tell you with property, I'm really disappointed with that gas range. The stovetop looks like great when it is new, but it is hard to clean with stove cleaning products, and the grates don't support the normal high temperature. That is peeling now. The stovetop is plaint of unremovable stains... I bought a stovetop cover to try to keep it clean and prevent more damage.

Bought this as an open box. It was brand new, returned by someone that bought the wrong oven. That being said, when I bought it it was in brand new condition. When it was delivered it was wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap so I couldn't see it tell the condition. Opened it days later to see it was scratched and dented almost everywhere. They did make the return process easy. But now I have to buy a new one. And this won't get the labor day sale that I would have gladly took over a discounted dented one Id later return. Live and learn and don't buy floor models. They don't get the same shipping treatment.

I only had the range for a little over a year and it stopped working.

This item is rated poor because it was bought brand new and its never been used and the back burner doesn't work and it's been under 30 days and best buy never fixed or replace. The product is defective

Don’t recommend this product the touch panel gets frozen you have to unplug it to reset the handles are breaking

I bought this stove as an open box at my store, and it was one of the best purchases ive made! The stove worked perfectly, it still looked brand new had very few minor dents but they were all in the back so you cant even see them! Stove has so many options ive never had before and the oven heats up lighting fast! Would 100% recommend!

It works great, flame is powerful in the big burners and small ones help for small pans or to cook on low heat. Cleaning is a bit difficult as we have to take off all the stands to cleanup the mid section as it will be fitted under the side stands. Oven is very good and heats up quickly and the wifi notifications help if we are occupied in a different room.

We've been living with this range for a few months now. It's a big improvement over our 25+ year-old Magic Chef to be sure. The price was good compared to similar ranges. The burners are powerful, the oven is very precise, and it looks sharp. Big "but" though ... one of the burner knobs already broke. They are going to replace it, but why should it have broken already? If it breaks out of warranty, it costs $35 for a new one. So, I've ordered the reinforcing rings I found on EBay. You should too if you're considering this stove. Other things we didn't like so much ... compared to LG's cheery "your laundry is done" song, Samsung's "your muffins are done" sounds pretty tired and sad. And the grates don't line up with the centers of the burners, so if you try to put a small pot right over the burner, there's a good chance it'll tip over! Does anybody test this stuff?! Buyer beware.

We've had the range for 3 months and the panel just stopped working. It's on but none of the buttons work. I thought maybe we somehow locked it and looked through the manual, but nope, it just addresses the lock button (which you're supposed to press 3 seconds to turn on and off) but this is something else because NONE of the buttons work. I just read several other reviews on here about the exact same thing. Wish we had read these before buying this! So disappointed.

Love the internet connection. Easy to use, and i like that it has a central heater.

I am very happy with my choice to purchase this stove. I shopped around and compared the features that were important to me. It's very sleek looking and gives my kitchen a nice upgrade. I have enjoyed cooking on the stove top and the spacious oven. I would highly recommend this stove.

Great replacement for old range that had controles for over at the back. No more reaching over hot pans to adjust or start the oven or read the settings. This one has clear easy to read controls. I Had to get used to the different burner confederation with both high burners in front. This stove does not have the griddle burner in the center. The gridle that comes with the stove that has the griddle burner is to small. I have my old griddle that goes over two burners. I use the center and back left burners and it works great. Note where your gas line comes in. The old stove had a large opening in the back for gas lines. A three inch ledge took care of this problem moving the stove three inches forward. This did not effect the kitchen at all. By using Best Buy no second party was need to install the cas and convert to LPG.

It’s a very beautiful stove. We have had some issues with it, but geek squad has come out to fix the issues. Great size and the oven is perfect.
