When going for a high end washer and dryer we decided on this compared to the LG for the larger 6.0Cu Ft capacity given we have 2 kids and always laundry to be done. Having had the washer and dryer for couple of weeks now we are very impressed. The washer can take a large load on the bottom and cleans well. The top washer is 1cu ft and works extremely well for a few kitchen towels, burp cloths or bibs. the design of the gun metal is beautiful making a stand out piece in its own right. Quiet running and many may options when washing.

Great washer with extra high capacity. Super quiet and love the small delicate or quick wash option on top. Overall no issues.

Everything I expected No complaints about this washing machine. My wife and I work out every morning and it is very convenient to come home throw our gym clothes in the top washer and wash that small load up top. The ability to wash two loads at one time is also a plus I would definitely recommend this washer.Although this washer is more expensive then others, the option to wash a single item or a few things instead of a entire wash is a great option and the clothes are very clean and spin to almost dry. Love this washer!

I absolutely LOVE this washer! So many different load settings makes washing a breeze. I love the top washer! No it's not big, but it's perfect for socks, undies, personal items, or those new clothes you dont want to bleed onto others! The main washer is gigantic! I can't even describe how much can fit!! This washer gets stuff cleaner than I've ever seen or smelt. It got my dogs blankets/beddinh clean and smelling good after just one wash!! Definitely invest a little more and get this washer! awesome.

I use the small top loading washer more than the large front loading part. I wash all of my delicates in the top. It's easy to clean the water in the lower filter after watching a YouTube video. The top detergent pod was confusing to understand at 1st, but all you do is put detergent in the pod and place the pod in the middle of your top loader laundry load. It's just a way to dispense the detergent. I love this washer and dryer set!

So far so good. I e had it for 3 months now. It is pricy but it has the extra mini washer that comes in handy more than you’d think. Plus you can run both washers at the same time saving a lot of time. It’s a tall heavy washer but it works well. The small top washer comes in is good for delicates or small loads of wash, especially with COVID where I’m washing masks weekly. Very happy with this washer.

This dual washer unit is fantastic. Small loads and large loads can run simultaneously with no issues. Many settings to choose from so no matter what type of laundry is being washed, there is an option to get the best results. Love this unit. Recommend it to anyone, especially those with animals. Their blankets and bedding come very clean in the first wash.

Delivery and installing team is amazing. They are very thorough at the job. I'm very satisfied with my product and I will definately comeback to best buy for other home appliances. Love my washer, I have to worry about waiting to get a big load of stuffs to wash. If I just have a small load, I'll just throw it in the top washer and it will be clean. Very convenient.

We purchased one of these at an outlet center. The top part didn't work. After many calls Best Buy finally replaced it. The new machine works very well and we are happy with it. I'd have given it five stars, except there is a small access door at the bottom of the machine that won't stay closed. We're waiting for it to be repaired.

Its very heavy, at the current spot in my house I'm unable to even move it or push it. When the washer spins you can sometimes feel the washer vibrate. Other problem is moving of the washer door, since I have a wall in the way it's hard to match the doors opening the opposite direction. Having the top washer is great, can do quick washes with minimal time.

I really love this dual washing. With the small washer in it, i no need to wait for an entire full load. Thus saves me water for small loads.. Till today i did not face any issue, but the product arrived with scratches and dents. Best buy said they will give a gift card for the inconvenience but i still did not receive. Apart from that, Over all i love the product and recommend it...
