Must say, I have been waiting to purchase this washer since it came out. The wait was worth it. The dual washing system works flawlessly and I love having the ability to wash two load as one time. It has saved me a great deal of time. I am still exploring the many different wash cycles, but to date, I believe I have much cleaner clothes. It is quiet with little vibration and although bigger than I have been used to, I do not find this to be an issue.

I bought this washer to replace one I had for 27 years. I need to wash compression garments fairly often with special detergent. The top level is great. The lower portion accommodates a larger load than previous machine. The loading opening in the front is a little too low. I have cabinets above the machine, so I couldn't get the platform, but if you have room, definitely get the platform.

Washer is great you can do a large load of bulky items,while doing a small load of delicates.very quiet.

Replaced the last Samsung model with this one even after swearing I would not do Samsung again given all the quirks. But wanted to have dryer match somewhat. This machine so far (3months) has been wonderful. Had no idea how useful the top washer would be. Clothes are coming out much cleaner and it is quiet and most impressively, does not walk. Very satisfied with purchase. The Trout Quintet excerpt has not gotten on my nerves yet.

This washer helps us do small loads which we love! We have two toddlers so the top small washer section comes in extra handy just to wash their immediately soiled clothes. Another plus is that now we don't have to bend down all the time to do such a small load and get all the cloths out that are hiding deep inside. I wish that the companion top part of the dryer dried the same load size as the top part of the washer, which it doesn't.

Quiet machine and Cleans well! Great value and looks great

This is a great washer. My wife was skeptical about it at first but now she loves it will use both at the same time and found out that it is cheaper to use the small washer for really small loads. We have had it for over a year and have not had any problems with it.

make sure you measure before hand because this washer is huge. the black stainless looks amazing and the machine actually gets clothes way cleaner than our previous top load washer did. only thing that we are not crazy about so far is that once you use the top part of the washer and the cycle completes, you can hear water still in the tub if you spin it around by hand. other than that we love it!

Washer works great and cleans well. This washer has a lot of room for large items.

If you are like me, and have 4 kids, this washer will save you so much time! We had a whirlpool Cabrio that lasted 5 years and then the control panel started failing. It wasn't going to be cost efficient to replace the part so we bought this. I was never pleased with how the clothes came out either with the whirlpool. They looked dinghy. With this new washer, the clothes come out super clean and I couldn't be happier!

So far so good. It works. It runs relatively quiet. I really wish that instead of the mini top washer it was all one huge washer but perhaps the top section will be useful for delicate items. Like many modern washer/ drier units it plays a tune when done.

Wife and I did a lot of research before we decided to purchase this washer. The price is a little high but when you compare it to the LG model it is not bad at all. The top washer is very convenient specially for washing our new borns clothes. Also, the led light on the bottom washer is a very nice feature. Only had this for a month so only time will tell how long it last but seems very well made, good quality.

FYI the washer is 5.0 Cu. Ft with a 1.0 Cu. Ft top section - that's how the 6.0 Cu. Ft is calculated. That being said, the 5.0 Cu. Ft is still large enough to hold a huge comforter or any other oversized bedding you have. It has several washing options and cleans clothes very well.

Love the Samsung washer very quiet and runs quick and fast great apps to sign up for with features to be able to be notified on the tv that you wash is done son was watching tv in his room and he said dad on my tv it said the washer is done lol! I was like good you can no longer say you don’t know when to switch over laundry!

Ok many of my friends have front load washer machines, so I actually went through the extreme of washing a load of clothes to test them out my self! And I was soooooo discouraged and thinking of just getting a top load to obtain the best wash. But when I went to the store and they informed me of the 30 day no question return policy.. I said ok I will give it a try. THIS system by far exceeded every single expectation! I Thank GoD for this washer and dryer! My husband, my 10 year old daughter and I absolutely super loveeee it! THIS SYstem..... GETS DIRTY CLOTHES CLEAN! Yes is beautiful Yes is cutting edge Yes it is newest thing But more so than anything THIS THANG WORKS!

Like I said in my review for the flex dryer, you can control everything via the app as well as keep track of maintenance. The app even shows and tells you how to maintain, that’s pretty cool. So far everything is good, easy to use and control and once you turn off the sound you can keep track of when your clothes are done via the app.
