Great washer. Washes very efficiently. Easy to use. I just wish the washer had come with the necessary aqua pebble. It's a small triangular part that holds the laundry detergent used in the upper washer. We can't use the upper washer until we locate an aqua pebble. Evidently, Best Buy cannot help locating one. So we need to work with Samsung.

So efficient! The AI is pretty awesome and I love how I can do everything from my phone as well. It is very easy to operate and being able to do 2 loads at once is a major time saver for my family of five. The top washer portion has been great for washing my 2 year old' s well loved stuffed animals. Worth every penny!

This is the second one I'm buying, for the new house! I got the washer and the dryer. I love Samsung washer/dryer. It's NOT cheap. The plastic doesn't make a squeaking sound. It's pretty solid and well made. The washer is pretty quiet and it's doing the great job. It has all the functions I need and it's very energy efficient. Great product!

These are very fast and extremely efficient. They are really easy to use and love being able to do up to 4 loads at a time. Be careful with the top latch on the washer. Don’t pull on it too hard.

My first Samsung Washer and I waited a YEAR To review it to give honest and detailed info. It still works like the day it arrived. It has two washers that can be used at the same time. The top one is small but perfect for a tiny load that washes separately. Or lingerie, pet clothing, etc. Or if your son needs his baseball or football jersey washed quickly before the big game! It’s just such a treat to do two loads at once. I always hate to wash those single items when do many big loads are waiting. Now it’s easy to do both with ease. This gets things clean too the first time, even furry pet bedding. It’s easy to operate. I appreciate that! Convenient to clean. I just love it. After a year! No complaints!!!!!

I was afraid to get rid of my 17 year old washer as I could wash a full load in 30 minutes and I heard the newer energy efficient front loaders took over an hour to wash a load. Not this machine; it had a fast wash option which can get your clothes clean in just under 30 minutes. Plus, it does a fantastic job!! The added bonus is the small washer on the top of the machine!! It's wonderful for those days when you need to do a small load or just to wash your delicates while the larger load is going down below. I highly recommend!!

The store seller or customer service did not tell me about the screws that have to be removed to use the equipment. One of them broke and I had to go back to the store with the washing machine, which was installed in the basemant, where the receptionist, when I saw it, guided me about it. Returning to the house to reinstall the washing machine, which weighs about 200 pounds. A lot of work and disgust, for the sales staff. The washer is tremendous investment and quality.

Incredible washing machine. Had it about a year. Plenty of room to wash big items. Wanted something that I could fit a queen sized comforter in and this fits, no problem! Gets clothes very clean. I enjoy all the features and really enjoy being notified by the app when my clothes are finished washing! The small washer on top of the machine is an added bonus We use it to wash very small loads when we need something cleaned but don’t have much to wash.

Ordered set of washer and dryer. Washer came damaged so had to wait for another week to get both running. Calling Bestbuy 800# for scheduling another appointment was just horrible. Online ordering process was smooth, installation process could have been better. I had to stay on top during the installation process, their techs were trying to find few short cuts to get out quickly. Glad caught this, pointed out few health & safety issues and got them to install dryer as needed. So far machines are running good, silent compared to the ones I had

Outstanding machine. We absolutely love the top wash. This is one of the quietest and most efficient washers we’ve ever owned. It looks great in our space, too. It’s definitely one of the heaviest machines we’ve owned so don’t be afraid to have someone move it in place for you. I’m a little concerned about replacement parts if things break, but that’s true of any modern machine, which is why I purchase from Best Buy. They have always taken care of me and upgraded me if they can’t fix it.

Samsung - 6.0 cu. Ft. Total Capacity Smart Dial Washer with FlexWash and Super Speed Washer is a steal. It works great, and I love the flex feature for small loads that are not too dirty; the pedestal makes its height even better. It has integrated well with my other Samsung product. I am able to see all its activities in the app. That's cool and awesome.

First washer that was delivered leaked, but it turned out that the first installer just didn’t do it right. Best Buy quickly sent a new replacement. Now that we have had it for a few days. It is great. Love the small washer up top. Great for small items and small loads. I would recommend this washer. Not sure on its longevity but things never seem to be made the way they used to be.

Very nice. Very quiet you don’t even hear it run normally my old Samsung washer and dryer were on there way out and would shake out of place badly because my basement is so sloped. This is very nice well worth the extra money for the top and front load washer plus all of the additional settings and the smart things app is a must have to connect them all

I love my Samsung washer. It has saved me time and money on my water bill. With the second washer on top it helps do small loads at the same time I am doing larger loads in the lower washer.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love this washer. Very quiet and has many more features than previous models. My favorite is connecting to the internet and customizing wash cycles that you can send directly to the washer. The washer will communicate with the dryer and automatically apply settings based on the wash settings. You can wash in the smaller top washer while washing in the lower one.

I love this dual washer. It makes doing laundry so much more convenient, and somewhat fun. The smart things app works really well. One thing to note for those with an Eero router, you may have to temporarily pause your 5G network using the Eero app, to allow the app to see your network. I did this and then it was a breeze to set them both up. Happy washing!

I like the Flex wash for delicate fabrics, so much options and easy to use. My daughter did not know we can use both upper and lower washers simultaneously. Plays a tune when the cycle is done. Rotate the drum manually to remove all clothes. The clothes tend to cling to the drum after spinning.
