I freaking love this washer. It gets the clothes cleaner than my old washer did. Less time. No impact on my electric bill, it's super quiet and efficient. The activewear setting gets used a lot here and it's gentle yet gets that gym smell out. But I have to admit my favorite is the towels. My old washer I use to have to washer the towels twice before it smelled clean not anymore my towels smell like detergent now and it sanitized them as well. Love it

I bought it five months ago and I was enjoying the flex washer for quick small clothing washes. However, the flex stopped draining water and now I am using the main washer for everything. The washer still works great! I regret buying this now the flex is broken. The whole machine is very heavy to try to move it and repair it.

My wife love the aperance and eass of use, great for large loads.

Great machine, have many cycles, very quiet. I enjoy doing the laundry since the machine has a great capacity.

What an awesome washer. This is our first washer ever for our new home after just getting married. hope it lasts a long time, the wifi connectivity is a must in the 21st century. very tall but perfect for us. this updated washer is just the one I had been looking at for 4 years to get once I got married. this is the newer model but I had been looking at the previous model. so what an swesome update. Wish it came in white.

I'm so pleased with my new Washer & Dryer Set I couldn't be more happy.. It's amazing how before the wash starts the washer actually weighs how much clothes you have in there to make sure you don't go over 8 pounds and if you do it definitely let you know I love that feature and there is so many more features on there that I am so pleased with I am just so happy that I bought this washer and dryer

The only reason this is getting a 4 star review is due to having to leave the door open in order for the washing machine to dry. This might just be an issue with all front loads. But overall love the settings and how it lets you know how long it’s going to take to wash your clothes. The top washer is a plus.

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever had. It is quite, smooth and cleans the best. I have mine on pedestal with the drawers because I am a tall man so, it makes it easier to get down to my clothes. I do recommend this if you have a big family, want the best, love samsung products, or just was a great looking washing machine.

We like it so far, but we cannot find anything about the draining tubes or replacements if needed! We don't really like the design of the drain tubes but are making due with it for now! Love being able to do a large load and a smaller load if needed!
