Only had it for about a week, so far I love it. Has all the features I wanted. BREAD proofing, air frying, griddle and steam cleaning.

Installed 4 months ago and I am pretty happy with it. Works great. My only conplaint is when the oven is preheating, it makes a clicking noise and after researching I guess its normal.. You get use to it but it caught me off guard.

By far the best range we have owned. The features are amazing and it works flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier!

Giving 4 stars due to fact that the Range was delivered with damage, a dent located on the left above the front panel where you select the cooking option. The Best Buy delivery Rep took photos and said he would call in in. However, I have not received any contact as yet from Best Buy regarding this matter.

I really enjoy it so far. Only thing that would make it better is being able to see numbers around the knobs without turning on big kitchen lights. They are hard to see.

So far so good because I haven’t had this very long. I do like the griddle and the connecting burner.

If I could I would give this product 0 stars as it could have claimed the life of my family. I purchased a Samsung stove on March 10, 2025. Less than a month later, on April 8, 2025, the stove spontaneously entered self-clean mode while my husband and two children were home. This resulted in the oven catching fire. The oven door locked, preventing my husband from using a fire extinguisher inside. In a heroic effort, he dragged the burning stove outside to our backyard, where the fire department arrived, pried it open, and extinguished the flames. I immediately filed a claim with Samsung. Shockingly, they denied the claim without completing the investigation. I later received written confirmation from Best Buy’s claims department stating that Samsung did NOT complete the investigation due to “lack of resources” at the warehouse. It has now been over two months since the incident. I’ve spent a significant amount of money replacing damaged household items, and yet no one has taken responsibility. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Please, for the safety of your home and family, do not buy this stove.

Love this oven it’s got so many fun features. Including the air fryer

This tuscan stainless range is not the same color as pictured. Of you are standing at the perfect angle with the right amount of light.. a portion of it may be close to the color pictures. But other than that we love the range. Air fryer capability is great. I can get rid of my air fryer and have more counrer space.

I Love it!! specially the fingerprints proof for kids. already used all the options it comes with and i did a good choice on picking the stove

Product works great only issue is the dent in the side that came with it but doest effect the working of it. Purchasing time and experience was bad which was why i only gave 3 stars the product itself deserves 5 stars.

Excellent stove top and easy to learn to use the oven features. Would buy again.
