I was looking at this TV and the 6400 both in 60, I ended up going with this TV due to the sale price and I couldn't be happier. The room we have it in is very bright during the day, so I was concerned that I would see the same issues with this TV as I did my last but I was wrong. Even in brightly lit room the picture is phoenominal. One thing I did notice is initially the color was a little washed out but once the TV got a few hours of use and I tuned it using the DVD essentials disk the color popped and I was much happier

This was my first venture into the "Smart" TV world. After reading reviews about the ones available I settled on this model and MFR. I am glad that I did some homework up front as I have been very happy with this TV so far. The picture is excellent even in a pretty bright room, sound is very good. Would recommend this to anyone.

The sales staff walked me through the options and encouraged me by offering the pros vs. cons to having a bigger or smaller TV.- It was very pleasant working with her as she also assisted me in completing the package with a Polk Audio sound bar/sub woofer. They delivered the TV 2 days later and installed iut. Unfortunately it was delivered with a faulty starter. They are out to replace it today so we shall see. Other than that it has been awesome and I am sure myself and my family will enjoy this TV for a long time.

I just tried out the 3d glasses that came with the tv. They didn't work so I contacted samsung customer service. They sent an email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. Finally received an email a week later telling me to call samsung customer service. Called them and went through their trouble shooting and was told they were defective. Spent 2 hours on the phone and was put on hold eight times. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold an additional 3 times and was told they could n't find a supervisor. All this aggravation to finally learn I have to mail them the glasses then they will process the claim and mail me the new ones and it will take up to two weeks. You spend this much on their product and they treat you like this. Buyer beware! I will not be buying any samsung products again .... Ever....
