Very good picture quality Tv responds fast with smart options like Netflix or Amazon video

I purchased this tv as opened box and the label read excellent condition with all parts. Well when I got home I realized there was no power cord in the box so I had to use one I had laying around. I purchased this tv on the 24th of this month so I couldn't go back the next day and I had to just take it as something they didn't check on. I like best buy but the service is getting poorer and poorer. Seems like they hire anyone.

Once you YouTube all of the calibration settings this tv looks spectacular! Couldn't be happier!

We replaced an older Samsung 55" LCD with this LED 60". The picture is great. Still learning about the detailed functions of the 4K Ultra settings. Would definetly recommend to others.

I really like the TV so far. I have only had it for a month and the only issue I had was with the you tube app. It stopped working all the sudden for about 15min but then started to work fine again. Not sure why but no problems since then. It takes a little time and research to get the picture how u will like it since everyone is different. That is good and bad. I hate the soap opera affect and u can turn it off!!! It definitely doesn't have the black levels or perfect motion that my older plasma did, but definitely not bad. Colors are good and 4K great!! Sound is good and apps are easy to use. Very thin and looks great on or off. Look it up on Rtings.com.

This tv is super clear and large...need to be at least 6-8 feet away not so clear up close....

This tv has great resolution. A friend thought it was a 3 D tv because the picture was so clear!

The Samsung shud 8000 tv that we bought is one of the best we have ever owned . Great Picture.

We went in for a different tv. After seeing this one in person we decided it had an amazing picture and we liked how thin the tv was. We are more than happy with our 4K purchase.

The Samsung 8000 series has a beautiful picture. Wish they were making 60" models for 2017
