I just recently built a new home, and purchased a Sony 65" XBR850C for my Living Room. I like the TV, the picture is decent, some sound flaws, but my main hang up was that it isn't compatible with Sony wireless Bluetooth headphones. I did a lot of research for my bedroom TV after, and finally decided on this Samsung. What a nice TV. Less money than the Sony, better features, better sound and better picture in HD and 4K than the Sony. Would you believe that it was actually compatible with the Sony Headphones? It synced right up and I was using the headphone within 2 minutes with perfect sound. Go figure that a brand new Sony TV isn't compatible with its own wireless headphones but the Samsung is. Regardless, this was a great purchase for me with zero buyers remorse.

Bestbuy talked this TV up with out doing much research I decided to give it a try. Had it for roughly a week the picture was so good it made the movies look like a play aka fake looking, but this was not why I returned the TV a week later. The real issue was the actors would jitter like or hesitate this drove me crazy. I wanted to like the Samsung so I did everything I could to fix the issue. I contacted samsung with no help on fixing the issue. Adjusted motion blur and other adjustments nothing would make the blur or the jitter go away. After putting a lot of effort trying to solve the issue I decide to return it for a Sony 850c. I'm not sure if I just received a bad tv or if this is how this budget samsung is going to be. I hope others had better luck then me.

Great installation by the Geek Squad. This TV is actually like having a theatre right in your house. Very clear and true to life colors. The price was excellent for the quality and size of the TV.

The reviews I read while searching for my first 'Smart' high quality HDTV led me to the Samsung 8000 series. Buyers mentioned that the picture was almost '3D like'. After owning it for about a month now I would agree. Was concerned about 'eye strain' but none so far. I'm not electronically inclined but the remote is fairly intuitive and simple to operate. Now the down side - poor quality sound. I guess flat screen TVs just don't have the ability to produce a sound that's worthy of the picture many can produce. But - it's still a 5 star product.

I am a color challenged person and this TV has really helped me see a more vivid picture. I also like how the remote control has been simplified.

My first thought was to get a Vizio TV because of their high rating and value per dollar. Anyway, I figured if I spent X amount of dollars I may as well get what I want. As I looked at Sony, Sharp and other big names every great looking picture led me to Samsung. Just when I had my mind made up for one model; I saw this one. The picture makes prime time tv series look live. Any moment I expect the actors to walk right off of the screen into my living room. The Blu Ray disc look remarkable. I am so glad I spent the extra dollars to get a TV I'll be happy with for a long long time. Now I'm waiting for the new Samsung Dolby Atmos Wireless Surround system to hit the streets!

Love my new Samsung TV. The picture is so clear and vivied. Remote is easy to use.

You will read some of the reviews finding things to pick on about this TV. That;s fine as I guess they have thousands of dollars to spend on a TV. The fact is the price of this TV is unbeatable and the picture is as well. If they can afford to spend thousands of dollars on a 4K TV and nick pick silly things why were they even considering this TV in the first place? My bet is they cannot afford a better TV they just think and want to show they know better then everyone else. I say go ahead and buy this TV you will not be disappointed.

I purchased this TV for my customer. Great tv and a Great Price. Took local store 4 weeks to get tv me. I would give 2 stars if I were rating over all experience. But the tv deserves a 5

Got this as a gift and the family loves it. It enhances the picture quality of sd as well as looks real life like in 4K. Kids love the ease of accessing Prime videos and Netflix.

This is our 3rd TV we tried until we were satisfied. Great picture, easy setup and lots of features and they had a good sale going on. This is exclusive to Best Buy so I hope they didn't cheapen things too much to get the good price.

My wife and I wanted a bigger tv, the 60" smart tv was the way to go. Great features! I haven't got into all feature and benefits if tv but I'm impressed so far

The picture is incredible. And for the price this TV is amazing. I can't believe the improvements the TV is able to make by up scaling something broadcast as 1080. The only issues I've had is sometimes the feed gets a little jumpy. I don't know yet if it's the tv, my internet (which is 46mbps), or the 4K Directv receiver. I'm guessing it's Directv because I haven't had any issues streaming Netflix or Amazon. And I haven't had any issues with the Samsung UHD Movie Player.

Great TV good picture and sound. Easy set up. Delivery as promised great guys. Only mild downside is the remote. Takes a little learning to get used too

I got this television as an open box item and I couldn't be more pleased. Picture is great, apps are easy to use, easy set up. Very good television.

This TV is AWESOME! I had a 42 inch that was 10 years old, so going from that to this is already a huge jump, but this thing is out of the world. It has bluetooth capabilities, which allows me to put on my headphones and watch TV while noise from other areas of the house are going on. The picture is fantastic, and all the apps and programs are very convenient.

I went from a 1990 tube tv to this one. No experience with modern tvs but found this one easy to set up, easy to use, and great picture.

This TV has a clear, vibrant picture. Is easy to navigate through the menu selections.

Easy setup.plugged in sound bar and the tv switched the sound over automaticlly. Color looks great. Best television ever.
