We bought this after we had bought a LG 60 inch, which had to be taken back due to grey-ish lines in the screen (didn’t affect the picture itself but was still noticeable). I’ve always preferred Samsung TVs (we even have one in our living room that we’ve had 3, almost 4 years and still no issues) Anyways, the picture on this tv is amazing. I absolutely love the smart tv feature on it. The sound quality is really good too. We had purchased an additional sound bar only because my husband likes the big sounds when we watch movies and such. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone.

I like the TV. Sound is pretty good without a sound bar. Great picture mostly. I did have to set up the picture to be as bright as it can be as I found some of the viewings of movies that have night or dimly lighted scenes are hard to see. Easy set up and I did it by myself even though it's recommended to have 2 people set it up. I do not like the remote as I have a different brand's remote that has individual buttons for Netflix, YouTube etc. This remote has only the option to go through a source button and find what you want via arrows. Pretty happy overall. Delivery took one week.

We bought this tv Jan of 2019 for 649.99. at first we really like it, the picture was great, smart features were responsive... For about a month. We started getting lines on the screen, at times it wouldn't turn on or would turn off while attempting to open an application. As time went on there were more and more lines and it was less likely to start up right away. It took months of calling and bothering Samsung support to get it repaired or replaced, as it was still under warranty. Also only having 2 HDMI ports was a pain. So, maybe we just got a bad one, but we were certainly disappointed in this tv.

Great picture great value. Easy set up for apps and love all the tv plus channels! Remote is easy to use even my 6yr old can use it.

Great picture and decent sound although I purchased a Samsung sound bar to go w it. Very user friendly and easy to operate. So far after a week I love the app configuration. Netflix works great but Hulu and Amazon are not working. I can navigate to shows but they won't start. Only other negative is only 2 HDMI inputs.

I’ve had this just a couple weeks so hopefully Samsung has fixed reliability issues I’ve experienced before but so far I really like it. Navigation is easy, the picture is really sharp and it does everything I want. Screen is huge and didn’t break the bank. Cons - remote is terrible. You have to point it very directly to make it work, buttons are small and cramped together so I fat finger it all the time. Come on Samsung - you should be able to make a good remote! Screen picks up lots of glare from windows and lights so you need a relatively dark room.

I bought this t. v. a little less than a month ago. I am extremely satisfied with the picture quality and definition. Video games, television programs. sports broadcasts, everything shows in crisp, vibrant, picture quality. The sound quality is great as well. I love this product and would gladly recommend it to anybody in the market for a fantastic 65 inch 4k UHD t. v. My last three t. v. purchases have been Samsung so I guess I am a bit biased. IMO, their products are unmatched in quality and value for your buck.

Samsung is a name you can Trust. When purchasing a TV look for connections in the back of the unit. This Samsung 65” Smart TV works well, great picture quality and Smart functions you at first need to get use too. You will love it after that. Get extended warranty cause in my case I like not paying full price if something happens that meets replacing in the future or save on after warranty has expired.

The last time I purchased a TV was in 2012. I have seen TV become amazing the past couple of years and this TV is without a doubt one of the best for the price. I can't imagine spending over $1k for a TV. It's not just in me to do that. I went ahead and updated my previous TV to this Samsung and I have no complaints. It's an excellent product. Picture is crystal clear. I didn't need the extra bells and whistles. I got it down to what I wanted which is a 4K smart TV.

Before purchasing this TV, I compared to other models/brands and read numerous reviews on all. I decided this one would be the winner. Although it has a great picture, if you arent picky about small things this TV is good for the price. My remote clicker is a little slower responding to the TV, sometimes the sound goes out while watching Netflix (so far this is the only time I've had the issue) but I would definitely recommend a sound bar. Sound is ok, but not ideal for watching movies. (another personal preference)

It's a really good 65' TV. Picture is really nice except when their are fast movements.. (watching The Price is Right) when they scan the camera around the audience, this TV makes it "shaky/stutters" it's hard to explain. Otherwise all the features are great, our cable is hooked up and great. Only other complaint is right now I'm watching Thursday Night Football and have the TV volume setting up loud but it's not very loud at all. I'm going to make a purchase for a sound system or what not. Some channels are super loud on 20 and some I have to put on 50+.

Having had this item for a month now, I'm enjoying it a lot. The picture quality is great. The only critique I have is that when I power it on after having it off for several hours, it has somehow disconnected from my WiFi, so I have to retry connecting to the network in order to run the smart features. Mild annoyance and may not be related to the TV, but it's something I noticed. Other than that, it's a good product so far.
