We bought this TV knowing it didn't have as many inputs as other tvs. But the price was spectacular. It's great for us as we have a home theater we use as our hub. It took some time to get the brightness and whatnot set where it needed to be. But after a week of playing with it we're very satisfied.

1 wk every night to read reviews on all sites on similar model...was about to cancel delivery to be in 2 wks after ordering, many times a day. I was very happy that I did not, and gave it a try. I knew that it must break in for a week, before calibrate can be good. The pic. and color were very odd for the first few days, then it turned out true color and sharper, exceptional excellent! Not much of an effort....I am so happy.....the sound is great, exactly it must be so for watching News and many programs and for all age watching (not suppose to be a pounding sound and you would be tired after an hour to watch biography/discovery, or similar). but if you want to watch a movie or a sport game, PS3....then add in a sound bar, of course. So, the Sound is excellent to be fair! The good thing is you can tailor how and when you need it more or less. You can always add more in, but you cannot shed off that from the built in systems. I use it 50% with and 50% without the sound bar. My son only use it with receiver when paying game

i had got the un65eh6001fxza a week before black friday and just didn't like the picture. i have a samsung 55" lcd and i think it had a better picture than the 6001. so i took it back and got this one, un65eh6000fxza and it was like night and day the difference. the picture on this one is amazing. and it has digital optic out to hook up surround system. sound is not like from a 5.1 but is good enough for me. this is my 5th samsung all from bestbuy with the bestbuy card which is great just make your payments and pay-off before date and it just like paying cash for it. i do have to say one thing about some of the people i had to deal with. the manager of the I-240 store did try and get me to but the $1800.00 smart tv. it was talking to a car salesman. and the people i talked to on customer service kept telling me they couldn't cancel delivery and pick it up at the store when it clearly said so right on their web-site that you could up to but not on the date of delivery. but in the end i got what i wanted and i'm happy.

I got this as an open box deal and couldn't be happier! The only drawback was due to the size, I had to buy a whole new stand, but I got that at Best Buy too! Great price, easy to use and plug in! If you can find an open box deal on this tv, I would highly recommend to go for it!

Bought this TV as a gift for Christmas. Bought it mainly for the size and picture for the price. Only complaint is lack of audio output.

The tv is awesome and has a great picture. I was searching for s non-smarty tv andi am glad I could finally find one. When VHS came out everyone wanted one in their tv. However they broke and caused you to buya newtv when the VHS player speed working or malfunctioned. Same thing happened with dvd players. The same thing will happen with the Smart tv. The smart part will start to slow down. It will not have the update you want or it will burn up the chip. If you just have a TV then you can pay 40 dollars to make it into a smart tv by buying a device that connects to it. Then when that device fails you can pay 40 dollars for the new thing and keep your TV. TVs will lay fora long time as long as they are just tvs. When you start putting in extras, there is just more to break which means updating your tv sooner. I wanted thistv to last and the tv itself will last a long time as Long addi don't doom it to an early grave by putting a computer in it.

This is a great bear bones tv. If you have an HD receiver that all of your sources are running through in the first place, then this is the tv for you. If you do not and have more than 2 HD sources, then look elsewhere. This is not a smart tv. This is just a huge tv with a great picture. The one main downfall is that has a highly reflective screen which is problematic in a well lit room. Almost any light source will cause a reflection or a glare from across the room. However, in optimum viewing situations, it is amazing.

TV is good for the price the only thing bad I can say it does not have enough HDMI inputs it lacks on the inputs. But picture is great.

This is a soild HDTV it's a great value for the size and features. It was easy to set up and it looks great off and even better on.

TV purchased on Black Friday for a great price and the quality is awesome at 120hz and 1080p. Only issue was that it only comes with 2 HDMI ports. I've purchased a soundbar since then that handles the connections and then only one port goes in so it is no longer an issue.

The size of this TV is massive! Looks great in the living room. It is not a Smart TV, but if you connect an Apple TV, Roku Box, etc. you are good to go. I would much rather connect Apple TV than use a Smart TV's interface. Animated and brighter colored real life movies look fantastic. Darker movies such as Tron look grainy. The blacks are not rich blacks. But keep in mind that I still need to calibrate the TV. I still have not done that! I am very happy with this TV though.

The product was easy to set up. Required minimal instructions. The picture and sound is clear and precise.

I'm very pleased with this tv. The picture is bright and sharp. It has only 2 hdmi inputs - I'm not complaining - Just noting. HD clarity with directv is awesome. I would recommend this tv as long as you don't need multiple inputs.

I would say this is definitely not a 5 star TV, however it is the best bang for the buck that you can find out there. It is huge, it has pretty decent picture quality (I have not tried any blue rays yet so i don't know it's max potential. Out of the box settings are very poor but after some tweaking much better. Clouds, and black/dark scenes are still not the best, but like I said overall best deal you can find for this size/brand.

Received a good deal on this tv. It is not a smart tv but we had AppleTV so we knew we didn't need it. Speakers produce decent sound although we have a soundbar connected to it because we have a large space that needs larger sound. Unfortunately, there was no optical input/output to connect the soundbar to...which is the only way to allow the soundbar to be powered off/on with the tv remote. All in all, a good tv for the price!!

We purchased this TV to serve as a monitor attached to a TiVo unit. We wall mounted it above our great-room fireplace. The picture is clear, bright and sharp. I read some reviews speaking to an occasional "jerky" picture. Quite frankly, while I did notice some "jerkiness" in the beginning, either we're now used to it or it occurs so infrequently it's not noticeable. It's not a smart TV and the price point reflects that. We receive media such as uTube and Netflix via our Tivo unit so a smart TV wasn't a requirement. We purchased it on-line and picked it up at our Best Buy. It's a huge TV so if you do choose to pick it up, borrow a friends SUV or pickup truck. If you plan to mount this TV on a wall, make sure you purchase a mount that attaches to two or more wall studs.

Purchased this TV during Black Friday. It doesn't have tons of features (it'll not a "smart" TV) but I wasn't looking for one as I have a Playstation for connecting to the internet and streaming video. It only has 2 HDMIS connections so you'll need a receiver if ouch have more than 2 HD devices you want to connect to the TV. Overall, great TV for the price if you don't care about native apps.

I bough this TV on a Black Friday Sale. I was about to buy a 60" (other brand) Smart TV, but I did not need an internet TV. I have a Samsung Blu Ray, Apple TV box, and a Roku player attached through my Dennon Receiver, and they are Great. All I really needed was a Big Monitor with one HDMI input. This TV is Perfect for that use. My only issue is that it is taking a while to get use to the color difference from my Phillips TV. This Samsung reflects the lighting differently, making everything look more "Live TV". My friend has a 55" Samsung that is the same way, I through that it was his settings. It's not bad, just different. Picture is GREAT! Very Clear. Blu Ray movies Really look awesome!
