This is the special model Samsung made for the Black Friday Door-buster sale. Don't expect frills, it's pretty basic. First noticeable issue is the stand—a flimsy, wobbly piece of junk. TV won't sit straight, it leans. Still have game cases under the end to hold it up level. Set up wasn't too bad, but color/tone calibration is a nightmare. If you get it OK for one source, it's wrong for the next thing. You only get one custom set-up. The picture is sharp and bright, but the shadows are washed-out. When you try to fix the shadows, something else goes out. (Oddly, games look OK.) Cable shows, Netflix and Blu-rays all suffer from blotchy, ragged, stepped shadows. Very annoying. The more expensive Samsung models use Micro Dimming to solve this problem. You get what you pay for here.

really enjoy the size of the tv and it was easy to set-up and configure. did not need to consider getting the geek squad involved.

I got this TV solely for the 65" big screen. I didn't realize it was so limited on the other features but I guess that's what you get for the cheap price. The visual quality is pretty good but you must adjust the settings correctly to get that clear crisp look. It took some time but we were able to get the clear picture! The sound quality is pretty good as well where you don't need any additional soundbar. I did also buy a soundbar since we got it for such a cheap price but then i realize there was no way to hook it up to the tv. I ended up just installing the optic cord to my DVR. Essentially, the price is great for the big screen but that's about it....if i knew all the other features were so limited then I probably would have thought twice about it

I wanted to up grade my 7 year old big screen (54"). This Samsung fits great in the tv room. It takes 1/3 the space of my old tv. The sound is ok as I will up grade with a sound bar. The LED - 1080p HD has realy brought live action of any sporting event or movie to life.

Great tv, lack of hdmi ports/smart features kind of sucks, but it was cheaper than any 60" Samsung so no room to complain.

This is a great item if you just want to experience a dedicated true 1080p at 120Hz. If you don’t need 3D or a ‘smart’ tv because you have another component with wireless capability, this item is great. The bezel is thin and sleek and 65” makes a huge difference.

Enjoyed everything about this Tv since I plugged it in. Awesome picture and spectacular quality and refresh rate!

I have a great audio system (dolby dtx 7.2) set up and this tv fit in as the monitor. I do not use its sound system at all and when I did for a short while it was less then great. If your using an outside amp and digital sound system this will work great as an end use video system. I have watched a bunch of football in HD and a bunch of blu-ray on it and it cant be beat.

Great tv for the price, bought it during black friday specials for under a grand, free delivery to my house(on time as scheduled). This tv is exactly what I was looking for, not a smart tv, but with a blue ray player I have all the apps I need! Why spend a ton on money on a tv when in a couple of years your going to want a 4G tv anyway! Best Buy was great as always

I bought this TV without seeing a demo. Good price and I trust Samsung quality. Not a Smart TV but when hooked up with a Samsung Smart Blu-ray player it works as if it is. Pleasantly surprised when first viewed. You can't go wrong with this TV

Replaced a 50" with this 65" and absolutely love it! The base is sturdy and picture quality is perfect. I'm not interested in a Smart Tv so this fits my needs perfectly! Definitely would suggest to those who want a larger tv and sleek look.

I love this TV. It has a very nice picture. Was very easy to set up, and can't beat the price we paid.

This is a fine tv for the price. If you set it up using Disney wow guide you can get decent colors. I really can't complain for the price paid . It has only 2 hdmi ports but that was fine for me since I use my surround sound receiver.

Behind the screen panel is minimal ( 2 hdmi port,1 usb port ) required to buy wires to connect to the laptop and rca cable for sound. still not able to control the cable box sound through my cable remote, needs a tv remote for that.

I like my TV, si good, I just would like to have more options on the colors setting. It only has 3 optons for predefien colors, it should have more than those 3. Anyway everythng is good. I got it for the size and not the quality.

Best bang for a $999 purchase last Thanksgiving.. At first U was worried because of all the negative reviews I read a week after i purchased it (I thought of returning it to BB) but good thing I did not. Now a month later, I'm reay enjoying the picture quality and "basic"features of the "basic" tv.. I love playing my ps3 games now, love watching blu rays and love using it as a monitor for my mac! Just an awesome tv!

Samsung's reputation is always excellent and this television is just another example do the I great work. I watch a lot of HD movies and this television is super clear. I purchased at Black Friday and got it for a super price ($999)! If the price drops again I'm going to get another for our home. Super purchase for us so far!!!!!!

This is a good quality 1080HD tv at a great price! Serves all our needs from gaming to enjoying a good movie plus a few extras we have yet to try (internet enabled features). I am pleased with the overall purchase.

love it, great picture, screen needs to be thinner but love that it is light weight
